This was my second time staying at this hotel and it was absolutely awful. I got to the hotel at 3PM and I wasn't able to check into my room until 9PM. The hotel said ******* didn't send them the virtual credit card number. I spent over 5 hours on the phone with *******. ******* told me it should be the hotel calling but the guy at the front desk absolutely refused. My phone also kept losing service in the hotel and I had to keep calling *******. ******* told me they were trying to call the hotel but no one was answering. I asked the front desk guy and he said their phones has been down for a week. At this time I was so defeated. No one came to help. I have never experienced anything like this before and I leave the country 7-10 times a year. I went to the front desk the next morning and someone was supposed to call me and no one ever did. I was there with my elderly dad and I would never, ever stay there again. Please choose a different hotel. There are so many on International drive. I am so ashamed that I paid to stay here. There was also a lot of other events that made this hotel horrendous but I think I made this post long enough.
