Was a wonderful weekend! Stayed at Aloft to attend the Cigala concert. The hotel is across the street from the Phillips center and the band members were staying at the hotel too.
EVERYONE was so friendly, accomodating, and courteous! Everyone from the Valet, the front desk, the bartender were super friendly. The room was huge, spent no time in the front area.
I can't wait to find another concert at the Phillips center and definitely stay at Aloft again.
With all the conveniences of the location, the staff is this hotels ASSET!!

This hotel was way over-priced for the quality and age of the building. The room fronted a main drive and you can clearly hear all the traffic noise from my 3dr floor unit. Worse, the shower had scorching hot water and no way to mix it with cold. I spoke with the front desk attendant, said he would send maitenance, and no one showed up to fix the problem. Will not be staying here again.

The hotel stay was great. The location was excellent since we had an event to view at the Amway Center. Overall I give it 4-star stars. I did not like the parking arrangement since it was only valet parking.

I had reservations for a king room but when I got there my room was switched to 2 queens. It was a larger room but I would have preferred the larger bed. I was told the king rooms were getting maintenance.

We had a wedding to attend at the Dr. Philips Convention Center and the Aloft is a convenient walk to it. The rooms are renovated and clean, and the staff attentive. The valet parking was terrific and on time. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at the Aloft Orlando Downtown.
