部屋の掃除はオンデマンドでのみ提供され、3日目にコンシェルジュにリクエストを入れるまで、滞在体験は一般的に標準に達していました。彼女は、部屋の掃除のリクエストは午前 9 時までに提出しなければならないと私に言い続けました。彼女はしぶしぶ、私がタオルとトイレタリーを交換するのを手伝うことに同意しました。壁に「ご滞在に問題がある場合はお知らせください。問題を解決します」というスローガンが掲げられているので、とても面白いです。どうやらその女性は私のためにそれを正しくしたくありませんでした。

They welcomed me even though it was a late check-in. The room and bed were clean, they served the welcome drink as well. Shampoo, body wash, and lotion were located in the bathroom however toothbrush/paste wasn't. I went down to the lobby and asked for one but they said they are out of them as well. There are several parking spaces but I recommend park soon as possible.

Was woken up by getting bit by bed bugs at 2 am and the only thing they did was offer us a 7$ breakfast voucher. So we paid almost 200$ to be eaten up by bed bugs and we have video of all of it.

The staff was great , but the hotel was bieng renovated and there was alot of construction in the room rite next to ours, also the shower in room 305 has a patch that fell off the roof and the mold kept me sneezing.

We went to Universal and loved this hotel! We were thrilled with the hearty inexpensive breakfast, the great pool with cabanas, the tiki bar by the pool, the available washer/dryers, the quality of the food we ordered from the room, the comfort of the beds, the free shuttle to the parks, and the exceptional service of all the staff. In fact, we were so pleased that we found the Disney mid-priced resort very disappointing in comparison. We definitely got an incredible value and wonderful experience. We'd definitely plan to stay here again and will recommend it to friends!

Property was nice and standard. Met my expectations. Wish there were more frequent shuttles to and from universal studios.

The rooms are nice and kept clean. They are remodeling but we didnt notice too much disruption. Convenient location to Universal Studios which was our main destination.

The staff was very accommodating. The rooms and bathrooms were not cleaned well. The showers need to be cleaned better. The hotel needs a refresh.
