ソネスタ ES スイーツ オーランド - レイク ブエナ ビスタ(Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista)

The rooms were not as clean as they could be, the door and windows didn’t shut right so all noise filtered in and the rooms was super humid all the time.

When we first arrived we were greeted and charged a fee we weren’t informed on after we payed in full through *******. No free parking. We were booked a room on the third floor with 2 children. We headed up to our suite and at the door we found an entire chicken carcass before entry. The cleanliness could’ve been better on the inside looks like they do a quick one and done when cleaning. The double room suite had a broken closet door and drawers on burrows were not aligned. The laundry room at first glance looks clean but machines are old and dirty. The game room took our tokens but we got no game play on fast and furious. On the fourth night we headed out and when we returned we were locked out of our suite. The front desk receptionist was working alone and not at all speedy. Only Two customers in-front of me, I waited to be attended for almost 15 minutes for an issue that should have never occurred. After finally being given access cards to our suite we were called Saturday before check out time to have maintenance address the closet door. Overall not the worst but definitely not the best. Stay at your own risk.

I liked the room very much. It had everything I needed. I didn't like that I could hear doors closing and there was no towel for the kitchen. The faucet where u turned off /on felt like it was going to fall off. The floors seemed kind of dirty and every time I got into bed I had to wipe off feet. The staff was great.

The surrounding area seemed sketchy and the loud people talking during the night and arguing. Went to walk to my car to get something out and people were just hanging out in the parking lot. Not sure if they were staying on property. I just didn’t feel safe there.

The property was in a great location that was close to all of the Disney parks. The room was clean and well maintained.

Second time staying here. I really like the space and cleanliness of the room. The beds are very clean, just a little too firm for my taste. We will definitely stay here again

I am on my 4th stay here... Staff is more than friendly, you feel like they have known you forever....Rooms are VERY clean & beds are very comfy....

The property is nice. Smaller than the pictures look. No in-suite laundry which is inconvenient. The carpets need to be cleaned as our socks and feet were BLACK after walking around the unit. I wish I had noticed that there is a $15 PER NIGHT fee to park, all the other places are free. Also, they charge if you ask to check-in early, which is just another “fee”. Would recommend overall but probably not stay here again.
