Super 8 by Wyndham Ontario

The office was not open and would not answer a phone. Told to call a number and got Rodeway Inn. They knew nothing about. Could not cancel and was stuck 100 miles away.

I was comfortable at this hotel and the bed was very comfortable. It’s an older hotel and some things will be less than expected and overpriced by some, but I found the stay comfortable.

This is an older motel that I have stayed in several times. I love how friendly everyone is and how accommodating. A couple of times I had circumstances that made me arrive very late and I was out of cell range to let them know when I would get there. The people made a note by my name and had a room waiting for me. I also love their Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. The huge parking lot is nice also. It's easy to get to and easy to leave from.

My bed was pretty comfortable, more than mine ate home. I slept better I have in a long while. I thought that would be unwanted sound but there was nothing that bothered me. And with the window facing the parking lot open. There are food options nearby and its right off Hwy 84. The rates are high right now and aren't quite commensurate to the quality, but I found it comfortable and convenient for me. Rates probably drop in winter

We stayed 10/1/2023 and the tv was broken, set up a time for them to call never did, toilet sounded like it was someone screaming every time you flush it. Good still in the refrigerator and in drawers, dead spider on pillows (thank goodness we bring our own) and we definitely checked for bugs lol.

Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. Yet, the television remote did not work properly. You had to be right next to the tv to change the channel. Also, to use the hair dryer you had to hold the “on” button on the cradle on the wall for the dryer to work.

The place was a dump two years ago. Has improved tremendously. I would stay there again.

Top floor was leaning over. Cracks in the ceiling and walls. Bathroom door would not close. The place is dangerous!

Disappointing for the price. Free breakfast was not available and alternative dining was limited and filthy.
