The smell of the 11th floor was unbearable. It smelled like musty water. I didn’t even end up staying the night. I left before 10pm. Couldn’t stomach the smell.

821 has the lovely feature of the parking ramp lights glaring directly into the room at night. Very disappointed that the hot tub was not operating.
We had a weather delay resulting in missing our first night in OKC. We were stunned and VER appreciative that the Skirvin refunded our first night’s lodging fee. All staff with whom we spoke were so gracious and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay for a night staycation during the holiday season to attend a Thunder game. Nothing extra about the stay. Don't expect great service from front desk, was not even welcomed or given a smile or eye contact...three ladies there. Just told me they couldn't help and to move to the lady that never said a word other than to give my info. Never told me room number or have a nice stay, I was a little thrown off by this No water for coffee in rooms. They were clean and comfy, but you can hear everything happening. outside your room. Which is understandable for age of the hotel. Will probably spend a bit more to stay else where on our next stay.
