Pleasant surprise in N. Battleford. If youre going to stay anywhere in town, this should be your first choice.

Good location by shopping and restaurants. Staff is excellent and overall nice hotel at a reasonable price.

Staff was very friendly. everyone from the front desk, breakfast attendant to room cleaners were eager to help and had smiles. Room was very clean. Ours even had a freezer in it which may be helpful if you are having a longer stay and wanted to store frozen entrees to microwave.

I liked everything at this hotel. The staff were gracious and very pleasant. The location was easily accessed and conveniently located. I also liked the breakfast with many selections. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you to all the staff who helped to make my stay enjpyable.

OK Hotel (Just OK!) I checked in dropped of my stuff and went out for supper. On return to my room I discovered that the air-condition wasn't working, not cooling -not heating - just blowing air, couldn't be shut off either, so I pulled the plug to shut it off! TV, I discovered as well wasn't working due to "no signal" , luckily I got my tablet with me. At breakfast you'll get a cardboard plate in exchange for a ticket you'll receive at the check in (really?) "Plastic" cutlery from a dispenser. Not that Canada tries to reduce all plastic for the environment, just a suggestion Porcelain plates and metal cutlery can be used several times and cleaned as well. At check out the associate at the front desk refused to print a hardcopy of my receipt and stated that I've booked via ******* and they are responsible for my receipt. I paid $157 for this Service, in my opinion quite overprized, don't you think? At least the room was clean and quiet(after I pulled the plug from the aircon :) I would not recommend this Hotel.

I loved the building, nice, clean, spacious!! I felt safe, soundproof, we liked our stay very much ❤️

I left some feedback for the property about our experience, and the manager responded very defensively — and blamed us for our negative experience. We won’t be back.

Great breakfast included. Love the waterfall faucets. Very tasteful decor throughout. Fascinating historical feature in the lobby. Complimentary coffee and water cooler with lemon all day and night. Delicious welcome cookie!
