Perfect getaway. The resort had all the amenities needed. Loved the zen garden in the morning. Live breakfast counter was chef Riya was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay at Taj Gateway. The staff was extremely courteous and went the mile to ensure I had a great stay. The property is clean and well ***aged despite the spread.The gym staff especially Akshay the gym attendant was absolutely delightful and went out of his way to assist me in my workouts and stretches . A huge thanks to Akshay for his kind gesture.

Superb property. Staff was very helpful. It was a memorable experience and we enjoyed a lot. Would recommend everyone to visit this beautiful property. Swimming pool was just to awesome. Just one recommendation you should start with the complementary high tea service near the pool.

I recently took my mother for a suprise for Mother’s Day, and it was a wonderful experience. Meghana from the front office team welcomed us with warmth and was very kind & helpful. Vibha did a very cute decor in our room and my mother felt so special and surprised her with a cake at night. Rohit helped us with a smooth check out. The entire team made us feel super special and the food was great! Thank you team for this amazing experience

Its one of the nest hotel. We would love to visit once more The a**oshphere, the rooms especially the junior suite. The property was so big, we use to go for a walk after every meal & covered our walking time. The food was good. The reservation team as well has helped us alot

I, Noel Fernandes checked in at your Taj Amad Nashik property on 5th May - 7th May. Had a wonderful experience. The property is very huge and very well maintained. From the house keeping to the general ***ager all do a very good job. 7th was my wife's birthday and I had requested for small Deco in the room. And it was very well done by ***ish & Yogesh (house keeping staff on 6th night). Really appreciate their gestures, do give them recognition. Even the other house keeping staffs were very professional and helpful. Yuvraj the front office ***ager is also very kind and helpful, he guided us and assisted us with our requests on our stay. ***agers lead by example and that motivates the staff. And this is evident clearly in your hotel. Do pass-on my gratitude. Heena and the GM Mr Vegas even they were very kind. Really appreciate the entire Gateway staff for our kind stay. Hopefully the indoor games and cricket Turf work gets completed soon before our next visit.

This was quite a different experience for us, this is our second visit at this property, the best part is the pool...but the so called 5* lacked other basic amenities and activities for kids....since it's a remotely located place they should have their guests involved in ***y experiences other then indulging them with all three meals which I believe was completely missing...Food too wasn't that great as per 5* standards, with such a beautiful property they could do a lot better.

Good Quality Service in Room, hygiene, ambience, food at last Taj is Taj Room services work on Toe to provide you Service, Food counter arrangement and variety is good, they make feel like staying in luxury home, we had great experience in Taj

Very good service. Spa experience was great. Vaibhav was really good therapist for my foot and head spa. Gardens are too good. Great value for money. Breakfast and dinner okay, not that great. Rooms were clean and v staff was very helpful and courteous.
