The location is considered good for us, as we prefer quiet location, not in downtown. The marriot hotel chain in US absolutely disappoin**ent. Their front desk officers are really not professional, they are not friendly, they are not customer oriented. We had very unhappy arrival experience. The room is very groomy , old-outed and the heated is not very warm. Definitely not worth for $800+ for 2 nights. We decided not to stay any Marriot chain hotel in California states & USA

One of the best Marriott hotels I have stayed at. The staff was super, super nice and the amenities were plenty.

The evening wine pours were great, made for a good time relaxing and talking with other guest there in the hotel.

This property has some positives and negatives. First the positives: the rooms are clean and fairly updated. The pool is a hidden gem! It doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you are in the pool area, it feels like you are on the Tuscan countryside with lovely cypress trees and greenery surrounding it. We pretty much had the pool to ourselves, so we really enjoyed it. The negatives: The air conditioning/heating system is so loud, and it never turns off. For some reason, despite the unit reaching temperature, it always kicked back on and was extremely loud. This was very disruptive to sleep. Our kids even complained about it, and they sleep like rocks. Another negative is the location. While the hotel is convenient to the highway, it is not walking distance to downtown Napa, which we were aware of when booking. However, because we were not familiar with Napa we thought it was inconsequential. It was not. If you want the Napa feel/have walking access, stay in downtown Napa or stay in one of the little towns nearby (Yountville or Calistoga).

Amazing property with all the amenities. Clean and roomy rooms with a modern clean baths. The location is perfect for winery hoping as it is at the start of the winery trail and next to wine train too. About 8-10 mins from downtown.

For the price, look elsewhere. I had a “King with a View”, and the view was the parking lot and freeway. It was very noisy from the traffic and someone was screaming during the night as well. The shower floor was at an angle and dangerously slippery while taking the shower. The rooms and facility are pretty outdated although I can see they are making improvements.

Rooms were large and clean. The property is well maintained. They have events in the lobby each day. Free coffee in the lobby and free water filling stations so bring your own reusable bottle. Nice patio with ping pong tables and corn hole.

We stayed 3 nights here and the check in process was fast, the sfaff was very welcoming and friendly. Anthony is a delight and the rest of the staff is super helpful and ready to answer any questions. The room was very spacious and cleaned. Acess to the M lounge and the late check out was a very nice touch. Will definitely stay again!

I realize this is Napa but for the price of approx. $775.00 per night, I expected the rooms to be very nice. They were just an average hotel room, nothing special at all. The view I paid extra for looked at a big tree. The window slider to the tiny balcony would hardly open. The glass of champagne upon arrival was a nice touch.
