The front desk attendant was very helpful and nice.! He went above and beyond for my stay and I appreciated that.

Neither the deadbolt worked easily or window (ground floor room) was locked securely. Got both to work but surprised how vulnerable I felt. The room and property is what I call ‘TIRED’, no amount of paint or new art helps. The property should be demolished and rebuilt.

There was a planned party next.door in conferences room. We were not aware of it.not impressed with breakfast and hotel . Will not be going there again.

The door to the room they assigned me had been kicked in so every time I opened the door to go out, the door was literally falling out of the frame in toward me. The carpets & bathrooms were filthy and haven't been replaced in 25 years or more. The bathroom sink was just sitting there un-installed in the hole in the counter and the faucet knobs the same. They moved 1/2" every time you touched them. They didn't restock the room with anything, cups, coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Had to ask for towels and garbage to be dumped. Power to the whole motel went out twice that I know of at night. The door going out to the unkept pool from the hall where my room was didn't have any lock/door knobs. It was just an open swinging door going out to a poorly fenced area that anyone could have gained access to and entered the motel corridors. Worst experience ever but I couldn't figure out how to get out of my employer's prepaid reservation through *******. Also, the Day's Inn management charged my personal card $200 upon check in and it was a pain to get a receipt of the reversed charge upon check out.

Rooms are clean. Staff are nice. Common area's are not kept well. Bowling alley across the street. BONUS. Mexican restaurant attached with other options. Walkable locations to groceries or other amenities. Never felt unsafe when i walked to get coffee at 4am.

Dirty, gross and smells horrible. Asked for a crib and got a dirty pack and play with holes on the netting.

it was fairly quiet, but very old, dirty hallways, smelled, terrible coffee. bathroom clean beds not bad sounded as if roof was leaking close to starbucks and safeway

The hotel is minutes to our hobby farm (near Milltown Boat Launch); it is very convenient for me and my husband. I have stayed at least a few Days Inn hotels in the past (last one was in Kingman, Arizona in May 2023), but I think this one is the best one so far. Thank you for your hospitality.
