Property is outdated but has so much to do you can't help but have fun in or out of your room! Daily activities to enjoy if you choose and our only big complaint is the room smelled awful and carpet is worn and needs to be replaced

I enjoyed my experience at paradise stream , we went on valentines weekend and the even way and everything organized was so fun . My only qualm was there was no toothbrushes in the room and the room keeping was not replenishing the water and coffee cups , also no microwave oven in the room . But overall loved the experience , the champagne tower was such a unique experience, definitely recommend.

This was a very unique experience. It was like stepping back in time. The rooms are very old, but the hot tub and pool make up for it. Things are kept up and clean. A real renovation is forthcoming I hope.

Mirrors mirrors and more mirrors. Don’t be shy. The 70’s are back in style again with this classic round bed (very firm :) ), heart tub jacuzzi and pool with a fireplace. Logs are in the gift shop. Will definitely go again for a two-night getaway.

I went on a Monday and it wasn’t too crowded. The booking was pretty fast and the receptionist Jane was pretty nice also. The room was easy to find. From the outside of the room it looked like an average unit. Once inside I was surprised that it looked like the picture and even more. The room had 3 floors. It had a hot tub shaped like a champagne glass, a pool, and a sauna. The bed was lovely also with a starlight ceiling. Free breakfast made to order. The waiter was very nice also he was fast and friendly. We didn’t eat dinner there but next time I would try and I definitely will be back.

Our room was not ready until an hour after check in. The room was ok except for some mold around the tub tiles. The ramp to the room is uneven and wobbly. I realize it is winter but the place needs a face lift

Check in was difficult due to when arriving they did not have our reservation. Issue was eventually resolved. Might registration clerk and manager did do their best to make us feel welcomed with their service recovery efforts. What started out as a very upsetting situation turned out to be ok.

I like that it was very quite and the staff was very nice and the room was very nice and clean with a great piece of mind. The whole property and entertaiment was nice.
