It is not réal 4 stars for me. Réception staff is really lovely. But room condition is bad and old , smells not good. It's almost staff are lovely. Just want to say " seller of bracelets + henna" he make really bad mode for all clients . Don't approach there, if you not buy, he make you uncomfortable all sejour. Be careful!!! Or every thing was good !

Hôtel et piscine propres. Buffet copieux, bon et renouvelé. Les chambres ont besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Il n’y a pas de navette pour l’aéroport contrairement aux infos données par Trip. Début mai il y a une partie de l’hôtel qui n’est pas ouverte donc pas de spa, pas de discothèque et pas de 2e piscine extérieure donc pas de toboggans. Il y a des animations en journée mais souvent les mêmes. Les soirées sont animées et variées. Mention spéciale pour Rico.

Just returned from a great 4 weeks at this lovely hotel. The food was very good with very attentive staff. The large bar lounge area was very comfortable and the bar staff couldnt do enough for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms need updating but were cleaned every day . Plenty of hot water shampoo etc and a fridge. Take a kettle, tea bags and coffee. For smokers theres an indoor area, and for non smokers also. Man made small beach with a bar etc. Ive left the best till last and that was the animation team. Absolutely awesome! Brilliant.! Everyday day for 31 days they entertained us and were just great! Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we will be back. Dave and lynnxx

Rico is the best entertainer that we have came across. He is very helpful and he has stayed with us the most of the time and helped us along our ways hist we have stayed here . Other staff as also made us feel so welcome on our stay at El mouradi skanes. Very helpful x

Very good hotel,the restaurant is excellent ,the staff are helpful.The animation team are great,really friendly.Overall,a comfortable place to have a holiday and very reasonable.The entertainment for children is great,the animation team really look after them all .I will certainly come back.😘😍😍😍

I really did have a nice time here the staff were nice to me .. the only issue is whenever you go to eat the lines to get your food are were uncomfortable because the other tourists are in your personal space almost touching you the tourists act like savages like they never seen food in their lives !! and had no manners ..I’m talking about the tourists (NOT the servers or staff) because they were nice and accommodating and I loved the pools and the their small beach area and the animation team-was good “ and I loved the spa so much I went two days in a row” I loved the traditional style hammam bath and scrubbing room the unlimited drinks and food was good they many choices.. I recommend they should buy a juicer machine for fresh juice that be great my room had cold air conditioning which was a blessing to me will be back

Lovely hotel with fantastic facilities from multiple bars to two pools. Right on a small private beach. The entertainment in the evening was different every night and quite enjoyable. The lobby is clean with again it’s own bar and staff are very helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard with new towels every time however a ‘do not disturb sign’ isn’t available in every room and probably should be as there were a few times we were still asleep when the maids came in however they were extremely friendly and happy to come back later/next day. The rooms are slightly outdated but this wasn’t an issue at all. The restaurant has a variety of food and is a decent size the only slight issue is there is a bit of queuing required for popular items such as meat, pizza etc. pools are maintained to a goo standard with multiple life guards and they each have their own snack bar which was a pleasant addition alongside many sun beds. The pools were also used a source of entertainment as activities such as Zumba, water polo/volleyball were often taking place. The Wi-Fi only works in certain places but this was expected as the hotel is a significantly large building. The staff have been absolutely excellent and have really surprised us they are genuinely such a lovely bunch of people who are happy to help and go the extra mile. All in all a very lovely holiday down to the staff and facilities. Would definitely recommend

Came here with my partner my 21 year old son and 17 year old daughter what can I say the animation team at this hotel are the best I’ve ever experienced these make this hotel special with us being the only English family at the hotel they made us feel so welcome and came to sit with us every day for a chat and see if we had any problems what a team. The hotel is very clean the food wasn’t for us don’t think they get many English family’s so don’t really cater for us one thing they do not do is chips which was a big issue for us really because if there was nothing else then at least you could eat a couple of chips. The pools at this hotel are really nice and clean plenty of sun loungers so no need to rush down at crack of dawn to Reserve one. The rooms are clean and spacious ( we had a twin room ) the showers are clean only issue was no water after 5 due to the water pressure of everyone taking showers the maids cleaned the rooms every day whilst we was there all the staff work so hard. The drinks was served in little plastic cups but you can get as many as you wanted so wasn’t a issue for us, the snack bar serves pizza every day which I enjoyed but my kids didn’t like the cheese on it they also serve popcorn pancakes and fish or meat and sandwiches. All in all I had a lovely stay at this hotel but the animation team made it so thank you so much to them for this we miss you already Rico, Fabio and Dali
