The rooms are very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. Stayed here for 3 months for work and I would definitely stay here again. Hotel located in a nice area of Modesto. Restaurants nearby you can walk too. Breakfast had nice options. Enjoyed using the gym every day.

The room is quiet, clean, well equipped, and spacious. The oatmeal, quiche, bananas and coffee in the breakfast were excellent. However, I missed the home fries that Marriott used to offer. I hope the hotel will offer home fries in the future.

Clean and comfortable, this hotel still has it's new smell. Really liked the setup of the roomy one-bedroom king suite. This hotel only has king rooms--no double queen beds. Sofa bed is not at all comfortable for sleeping, so recommend bringing a foam pad to put over thin mattress.

Hello; I’m at platinum level. My visit was wonderful until the day of departure. I stopped to advise (Tika) I needed checkout at 2pm but couldn’t. In the lobby she ignored me as I stood waiting for Tika to notice me standing there while she played with white woman customer and the customer’s dog. The customer wore no mask. I received no apology from Tika when I returned from our business meeting and checked out at 2p . Tika was more insulting upon checkout. I was glad to leave. Not sure if I will return. Friendly people, clean rooms well apportioned, and a nice warm breakfast makes this a go to stay when in Modesto. Easily accessible from the freeway and easy to maneuver through Modesto. Area is growing with restaurants and gas stations in the immediate vicinity.

I have stayed her many times. The staff is welcoming and very accommodating. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and a pleaser to talk to. The rooms are quite and spacious. The property is self is clean and comfortable…most defiantly recommend.

This was a GREAT stay! It started off with a nice welcome from the nicest front desk agent. I believe her name was Perla (or Carla, sorry). She was fun, kind and welcoming at 7pm on a rainy day. The lobby was decorated so beautifully for Christmas and the gnomes were my favorite part! Anyway, the room was clean and the housekeeping staff was very helpful. For a business stay, this went very well! I plan to be back!

We were in a room on the first floor. On Saturday around midnight there was a very loud group outside and they were playing loud music, screaming, howling and banging on the wall outside our room. I called the front desk and they said they would tell them to quiet down. Unfortunately it did not help. They continued to be very loud. My husband went to the desk and waited 10 minutes for the clerk to come up front. The clerk said he would take care of it. The music was turned down but some of the people continued to stay outside and be loud. I looked out the window and they saw me. They hit the wall by our room and tried knocking on the window. This was absolutely unacceptable and it should never have gotten to this point. My son is autistic and he was very traumatized by this. I would never have spent the extra money to stay at this hotel if I knew this behavior was allowed.

I stayed here while my mom was in the Hospital. It was an easy 12 minute drive to Memorial Medical center and the area felt very safe and quiet. The staff was super nice and helpful when I needed to extend my stay an extra night and were able to keep me in the same room. I would definitely stay again.
