Horrible, unfortunately. My mother had to have emergency surgery that week so my work agreed to repost me closer to where she was hospitalized. I wanted to cancel the booking and rebook in the other city but I was asked by Trip.com to provide medical documentation for my mother's hospitalization. My mother was barely able to make her own decisions, let alone ask the specialist for a "doctor's note" for her son. So I decided to save that hassle and just bite the bullet. I ended up booking another place, through another booking service. Unfortunately this 1st experience with Trip.com and Ramada has made it so I no longer want to use Trip.com and will no longer consider Ramada in my first choices when booking. I travel Mon-Fri for work and this means a lot of bookings that will not be made with Trip.com and Ramada. So, overall 1st time experience with Trip.com, really not what I would have expected.

The property is recently renovated and great quality/cleanliness. My only reason for a lower rating was the quality of the bed and pillows. The bed seemed very old and super lumpy pillows. If the beds were updated, I would happily return.

The gentleman Brandon at our check in, along with Nick was incredible in their service and hospitality. Special shoutout to the lady who was in charge of the warm breakfast early in the morning.

Good spot to rest for the night. Nothing fancy by any stretch, but very friendly staff and the place was clean.

Beautiful hotel, loved the rooms, very comfortable beds. You would never know the building was full of hockey teams over this past weekend.

The room at first floor with patio door It's so convenient.The room was also very nice.The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Check in was super easy and fast. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Free hot breakfast, free parking. Had booked 3 rooms, king suites. Was very impressed with room size and amenities. When I’m traveling back to this area , this will be my go to hotel.

The place was quite clean, however the chain to lock the door was broken, so we were unable to properly lock from the inside. The full length mirror had a large crack and when we went to turn on the A/C unit, it smelled like it was burning and produced smoke. We ended up opening the window to both air out the room & provide some cool air. The breakfast was good as well & the price was great.

I absolutely love this hotel, i pick this every time i go to Miramichi!
