Our room door safety latch was broken off upon arrival. So, even though we all realise that the latch doesn't really add that much theft deterrant, my wife didn't feel safe, being legally blind. Yes, we could of asked for a different room, but we were tired from traveling, and sometimes it's a hassle to get the front staff to respond to room requests.
Can't believe that it hasn't been noticed by housekeeping before this.
Wall mounted hair dryer in our bathroom didn't work. Checked GFI outlet, it was working fine, had to notify front desk about the issue. I will mention that housekeeping replaced the unit fairly fast after being notified.
Breakast was adaquate, but fixed by an attendant, so we stood in line to order, and watched as she took an order, and fixed each plate one at a time. We stayed mid week, so I wonder if it is handled in this same manner on the weekends when they have more guests? If so, I can imagine how slow it could be.
We travel to this area frequently, have stayed at several ****** resorts and hotels here, but I believe we will not stay here again.
