The hotel was nice and kid friendly. The breakfast attendant gave our kids bubbles to blow in the lobby and showed us where a bin of toys were so we could all enjoy our breakfast! The pool was basic but so much fun! Perkins is across the parking lot and convenient for easy access. We booked a room with lake view. It was worth the extra as it was beautiful and had a balcony. We can’t wait to stay during non winter months..We will definitely book here again when going to the area!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. I book this hotel because it has a nice big pool and hot tub. I was pretty bummed when we showed up and the hot tub was broken. Still a nice hotel to stay at, very family friendly, and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool.

Last minute trip. Hotel was fine and the staff was very helpful. The hot tub wasn’t working.

Our room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and there was quite a variety. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas, would 100% stay there again!

The room was clean and nice with comfortable beds. I know it would be a very expensive proposition, but the surface they used for the pool deck is these little stones and the way they are spaced they pinch the skin on your feet with every step. It is very uncomfortable bordering on painful. I doubt they will resurface it, but everyone we met complained about it in the pool area. My advice is to bring flip flops for sure. All that said, this was our second year coming for a sporting event, and we will be back again next year. The staff was very nice and breakfast was good enough.

Our King room unit was not booked as a handicap unit. The shower was awful (plastic chair in the shower) tiles coming off the wall, the bed was way to low to the ground, the pillows horrible (ultra flat), ran into a carpet tack sticking up by the entrance into the bathroom, refrigerator motor ran all night. About 1:00 there were car engines reving, people outside talking/yelling .

I have no complaints, nice hot tube and pool area. Nice little fire area right next to the lake! Customer service was awesome!

Nicely maintained hotel. We could walk out of our room to a gas fireplace and view of Lake Michigan. Breakfast was excellent and very clean breakfast area.
