On the plus side, the rooms are spacious and clean, the position is convenient, the view is nice, and some of the staff were friendly and professional. On the negative side, there are quite a few basics missing which one would not expect for the fact that its an international hotel chain, and the price. There is no fridge in the room, so the bottle water is tepid. There is no information or directory in the rooms. So I had to go down to reception to ask for the reception extension (!), and the room service extension. There is no room service menu, they just kind of tell you what they have available. I ordered the hake with lemon butter, because I had tried it at the other Avani in Maseru (Avani Lesotho). It wasnt bad, but the lemon butter was lemon margerine - yuk! Also had to queue 25 minutes at the check in desk which is too long in my opinion with just one staff member on duty.

Excellent Hotel in a mountain. This hotel offers great views of Maseru Cbd. They have a big pool, spa, gym which is free of you are a hotel guest. Free wifi which was offered to us while we were waiting on the queue just to show how staff understand that we want to inform our loved ones that we arrived. I did not visit the ******. Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch all nice with English menu and variety to choose from. My favorite is fruits and water mixed with mint and lemon.

The Hotel was very accommodating with regards to security for our pits and bikes, made space available in the secure parking area. The staff assisted with unpacking and packing. Overall the rooms were clean and adequate.The food was reasonable, a bit overpriced for what you get. Had a great stay!

**** hotel experience was real. hospitality and friendliness of the stuff members especially at reception was amazing. breakfast buffer was good too and I enjoyed fish the most. my room was also warm coz I found fan heater on

The only reason why I didn't give the rating 5/5 is that there weren't so many vegetarian options available at the hotel restaurant. It would be great if there were a variety of rice, beans and vegetable dishes as well.

The hotel needs maintenance. I was given more than 2 rates for our stay and the last was the most expensive. We were not allowed to use the Africa rates but were given and international rate. I still maintain that the hospitality we received didnt worth the amount we paid.

Im glad to have been part and parcel of your guests at your hotel and the hospitality that your workers displayed was outstanding always on alert and at e same time tryin to make everything look good.

Começo com a recepção que foi excelente, por uma recepção excelente e o cuidado com a limpeza do quarto alimentos tudo eu voltarei neste hotel muitas vezes. Conheci maseru, em trabalho e a próxima vez irei em férias e AVANI será o meu destino
