It’s very laid back and quiet. I didn’t like that there is no beach and that the specialty restaurants are not open every night.

Setting was beautiful. Our room was clean and tidy, but is looking a bit tired. Little maintence issues like the shower door would not close, the furniture is scratched and marred. The pool needs some attention (broken tiles, etc.) the ice maker on our floor was broken the entire time. The buffet food was very average and could use a lift. Mostly the same items each night though the themes supposedly changed. Overall it was a nice stay, it is just not a 4-5 star property in its current condition.

The nightly entertaining show was well planned very high-quality and very well produced very professional staff dancers and producers where amazing. Very high investment seen in this beautiful shows.

Very clean accommodations with a very good staff. All inclusive is wonderful. The only things that were less than perfect to me was the food was good, but not great, and I would've liked to have access to walk the main beach. My room was exceptional, and the bed and shower were the best ever! Fortunately, I didnt go here to watch tv, since the only channels I could find in English were CNN and the NFL Channel (although I'm sure there were others). I enjoyed the pools a lot!

This is a very pretty Mexican all-in resort with 3 specialty dining areas. The Japanese one, although cute, left alot to be desired. The food wasn't good. The Italian was better and as was the Mexican. If you opt for a premium plan be aware that there are bottles of wines available, at the restaurants, not only wine by the glass. Just ask! If your stay occurs on a quiet night they may close or 2 of the specialty dining rooms. On 1 of our nights there was only the Japanese resto open so we opted for the buffet. There are also tiny fish that bite in the bay at the hotel. (When i advised the hotel staff that my husband had been bitten, not badly but enough to draw blood the staff wasn't concerned. I was more worried about the kids in the water.) The room were lovely and cozy but only 2 free beers in the minibar. The staff was all great!

Very very clean, great staff. Smaller beach area. Great adult only pool areas; need to get there early to get chairs. You should know a bit of Spanish at the resort although most staff try to communicate in English. We did not have a problem

We enjoyed our short stay. However, if there is something that could be improved would be providing guest with a map of the property and specifics in running options. A list of those were provided but weren’t specific. For example the type of food at the buffet varies day by day so proving that prior along with a map could help guest plan they stay much better. The same with the list of events and activities for that week. We had to go and find it. It was posted but wasn’t very specific where they were taking place.

Amazing staff. Breathtaking views. We loved it because it was not a typical tourist destination.
