バランドラ ホテル(Hotel Balandra)

La estancia fue muy placentera porque escogimos un bungalow y es como estar en medio de la naturaleza, la comida deliciosa del restaurante El Faro que se encuentra en las instalaciones del Hotel, el servicio excelente tienen un personal que lo hacen sentir en casa .....la única recomendación es mantenimiento a los bungalow, se veían un poco descuidados pero nos pudimos percatar que en algunos ya estaban haciendo mantenimiento. La ubicación del hotel es excelente, al lado hay un centro comercial y la zona es muy tranquila y segura.

The most beautiful and well kept hotel I have ever been. Better than anything in Hawaii.

Balandra is always my first option when visiting Manta and visited it for the first time over 19 years ago. I loved it!

This hotel is my favorite when I go to Manta. Beautiful place, nice and clean, I love the food also the workers are very nice and helpful....looking forward to go back.

I did not like the fact that my ******* hundred dollars, but they charged me $400 when I left. Will not be back

Cute little pool area, but the bar was under construction so we were unable to enjoy the area. The room we were in could use a little TLC (peeling wallpaper and ceiling) but otherwise clean and really nice. The welcome drink was refreshing and the restaurant was a nice place for a quick cocktail. We didn't have any road noise or party noises where we were which is important to us! Quiet! Beautiful property grounds too! We will stay there again when shopping in Manta.

El hotel està excelentemente bien ubicado sus servicio bastante bueno, sin embargo no regresaría, la principal razòn pues hicimos una solicitud con tiempo y sobre la marcha de que el desayuno del dia del check out el cual debiamos hacerlo a las 5am, muy temprano nos lo den el dìa que llegamos, pues llegamos a las 7.30 am y NO accedieron. La verdad una politica poco amigable y sin sentido. Nos ofrecieron un box lunch para el dìa de la salida el cual fue bastante simple y aunque fuimos dos huespedes solo nos dieron para 1 persona. Esa estricta politica harìa que yo no regrese a Balandra. Debo rescatar que si nos colaboraron con el early check in y eso fue un punto positivo.

The staff was excellent. Daily helped us in upgrading our room and also assisted in booking transportation to our next destination. Having friendly after hours security is comforting. There was some construction going on next to the pool but that will only make it better in the future.
