今まで泊まった中で最悪のホテルです。一晩中毛布なしで寝たのでとてもがっかりしました。

Nice staff , nice location . But needs some improvements in amenities and cleanliness

セブン コーラルズ マフシ アイランドは、私たちが今まで宿泊した中で最も素晴らしい宿泊施設の 1 つです。私たちはとても満足しました。ホストは私たちの要望をすべて非常に迅速かつ効率的に実現してくれました。ここで私たちが見つけたのは、完璧に整えられた部屋、島での宿泊の素晴らしい立地、そして午後になるととても心地よい雰囲気でした。部屋にはたくさんの心地よいディテールが備わっていました。ホストはいつもあなたを助け、必要なものはすべて提供したいという気持ちでいます。ゲストが望むことは何でも、ホストのラーマンが島でやってくれます (ボートのレンタル、釣り、遠足、誕生日などのイベントの企画など)。宿泊施設はマフシ島の素晴らしい立地にあり、島の興味深い場所すべて、特にビーチや市場まで徒歩 3 分以内です。私たちは朝食を食べませんでしたが、提供され、それは彼らが本当に誇りに思っていることです。彼らは常にゲストと話をし、彼らが望むものは何でも作ってくれます。私はロー ビーガン フードを食べていたため、彼らに朝食を頼むのはあまりにも大変でした。最後には、私たちの心の大部分がそこに残っていたので、私たちは簡単にその場所を離れることができませんでした。

It was a great time we spend on this property. Clean, right next to the beach. Nice view. With a nice staff and service.

Friendly Customer service and Really happy with the staff. They will provide all the details on water sports and assist you with all the required details. highly recommend this hotel. you can enjoy your stay.

Worst stay ever. Just an empty room. No towels (all the dirty ones were laying in a big pile. Bathroom smelled moldy. Manager tried to move me to a smaller room upon arrival and wanted me to pay full price, even though amount was paid to ********** upon booking. All guests kept complaining. No cleaning, doors could not lock, key cards was not working etc. WiFi was so slow and kept disconnecting you. I really cannot emphasize how bad this is. Pay a little extra and choose an accomodation which will not ruin you stay at the maldives.

Made a booking in Dec to Arrive 23rd Feb and they cancelled my booking through Agoda 4 days before departure having already taken my payment. They have left me with a stressful situation as I have four days to find new accomodation. I should have listened to my gut instict about this place as i had a feeling something would go wrong judging by some of the bad reviews.

The hotel has a great location in the middle of Maafushi’s centrum. But so many small things made the stay uncomfortable, especially the lack of information from the hotel’s part. I tried to book transfer ahead from Malé airport to The hotel on Maafushi island. Approximately 4 days before my arrival I got in touch with someone from Seven Hotels saying that it would be possible and which timings I would like. From there I never heard anything back. I tried to write them several mails, contacting them on Facebook and even calling them. No one never replied me back! When my final departure date for Maldives was about to start, I was a bit stressed as I didn’t have any transfer booked ahead from the airport! I like being organized when I travel and this was a very bad start of my short vacation. I landed in Malé airport 06:00 am. In the morning and I had to wait 4 hours in a crowded airport, meanwhile trying to figure out how to find transfer from there to the hotel! In the end I found a random small guy in a white shirt! Who finally was able to help me, but all this stress could have been avoided from the hotels site if it was arranged prior my arrival! When I arrived to Maafushi island a guy was picking me up at the port and I tried to explain my dissatisfaction. The staff barely spoke English - and I gave up. I then contacted Seven Corals via mail, and now I heard from them explaining their wifi connection was bad and therefore they couldn’t get in touch with me! But to be honest this isn’t any excuse! Then you should remove the service online if you aren’t able to help your customers! I booked a deluxe room, and was given another room at the ground floor as my other room wasn’t ready! My check in was at 12:00 pm. But they said it wouldn’t be ready before 15:00 pm! This is also very bad! No housekeeping was neither offered during my 4 days stay. I had to ask for toilet paper! The toilet lid was broken and there was a huge bump in the right side of the bed! I travel the whole world! And this experience wasn’t nice at all! I never write negative reviews! But with your hotel I have too! As it kind of destroyed my small vacation from the beginning. Especially the lack of responsibility as a hotel! The lack of information was so poor! We booked the accommodation a month before our arrival in Male. The day before the payment we received a message from them that we have to cancel the accommodation because they don't have a room for us due to "urgent renovation". And this all happens five days before our arrival in Maafushi, when all accommodation already booked!!After that, I see that they have free rooms, but at three times the price that we booked! Fraudsters!Do not book accommodation with them and no through Agoda, because they did not respond to our emails and complaints either.
