Sorry to give a bad review but my room was dark, dirty and smelled bad. The water would not drain away in the wet room shower, leaving a pool of water in the bathroom and the smell was very bad. I only paid 400 Baht though as I just wanted a place to rest overnight. The more expensive rooms are likely much better. One concern is that I found someone else's medicine in my bed in the morning when I was checking for items I left, so I'm a bit concerned that maybe the sheets weren't changed from the last guest..but I'm hopefully completely wrong about that. The walls are very thin and the doors heavy. I could hear what the next room was saying and they were in and out of the room constantly, banging the door each time (not the hotel fault, but if the building wasn't so old, it wouldn't be so noisy). It does have off-street parking though (but not covered), which put my mind at ease about parking my bike.

Ok place. The only good thing is the location (very central) and the seating area. Room wasn’t great. Air conditioning didn’t work in our room and plug hole for shower was so blocked from previous guests hair and gunk that the whole bathroom flooded. Overall was ok and very very affordable

Hôtel très très bruyant, qui accueille souvent des groupes avec les nuisances qui vont avec, les bruits de la route qui rentrent dans la cour. L'eau chaude très aléatoire, le lavabo bouché, le lézard mort au dessus de l'armoire, les cafards dans la chambre, une belle bouilloire mais pas de prise adaptée pour la brancher. Bref je déconseille fortement, d'autant qu'il existe un grand nombre de guesthouses très bien à proximité, malheureusement on ne peut pas les réserver en ligne.

The rooms were clean and the aircon worked. The guest house is quite pretty. If you like late night parties, cigarette buts everywhere, dismissive staff and a dirty communal kitchen, this is the place for you! They were very busy and may still be recovering from the Covid lockdown but we found a more suitable place for our needs a short walk up the road.

A very clean guesthouse! The workers here where very nice, we had some troubles with the train tickets and they helped us every moment to figure out what to doo!! Apart from this, the beds where very big and the bedsheets where very clean, what we where very happy to have!! I really recommend this place!!

Thoulasith best place to stay in Luang Namtha. Good quality-price! And the people really helpful and kind. We booked the trekking from there and it was an amazing experience (itzik company). Furthermore, they helped us to get the bus back to the train station, avoinding to pay the excesive price of the taxi.
