21C ミュージアム ホテル ルイビル(21C Museum Hotel Louisville)

What a disappointment. 2inch gap between the door and the floor allows all the noise from the hallway to come in. HVAC fan buzzed all night long and is so annoying. Placement of light switches to turn on/off the lights are not well placed. Disappointing experience.

I had such a great stay and having the museum to explore was even better. The art was fascinating and was such a great kickstart to my day. The special touches in the rooms were wonderful like a plush robe, dark chocolates, and a Nespresso machine. Proof that is connected to the hotel has amazing food as well. Can’t wait to check out other 21C hotels.

Nothing wrong with modern art, but this isn’t art. It’s left-wing political activism and propaganda. Rooms are a good size but that’s the only positive thing I have to say about this hotel. We even got turned away at breakfast, they said they were at capacity and couldn’t even give me a time estimate on when a table would be ready, basically just flat out refusing to serve us even though we were willing to wait since we were staying at the hotel.

Great location. Walking distance to most of what we wanted to do. Unique and trendy hotel. Employee's were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

This is a great hotel. Worth every penny. There was only one person handling check in so it took a bit longer than I would have expected. The bar makes amazing drinks and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Staff has great recommendations.

Room was exceptional. Staff knowledgeable and very nice. Area restaurants great.Menu at bar unfortunately sub par.

Friendly service at the front desk, clean room, loved the art spread throughout the hotel, and just a nice relaxing stay.

Artwork in the lobby is great..... Some rooms have internal courtyard windows, and are a little dark ... Good bed, shower and tv -- what else do you want?

Staying here was an experience in itself. I love seeing all the art work! As far as regular hotel stuff — all great: clean, friendly and helpful staff, quiet, all of the expected amenities, and of course wonderful decor. It is right in the city so parking is not free, and you may want to park in another nearby ramp. The building also had its own quirks so, for example, between the elevator and our room ther were a few stairs. This wasn’t a problem for us but it might be for some.
