ザ メーソン ブティック ホテル(The Mason Boutique Hotel)

Terrible place, I have stayed here multiple times for business and I am very displeased. I have had issues with the electronic door code on three different stays (to enter the room/hotel). They do not have anyone on the property to assist you after hours, so your stuck waiting on them to come assist you if you have an issue. The room does not have any heated control so I froze in the room. The toilet leaks so it will always be running and they will bill you for flooding because of their faulty equipment. Lastly, the light from outside prevents you from getting a decent nights rest because it is too bright in the room. My stays were so bad that I had demanded my employer move me to another hotel. The management is bad, STAY AWAY!!!

The property was absolutely immaculate and beautiful and the staff was extremely great to work with. Definitely recommend if your in the area!

It was cozy and quiet. Very relaxing

Lovely place. A couple of points to help others. 1. No climate control. If you are a naturally hot person, or sleep hot, you will not be able to change the temperature in your room. A fan was provided but it didn't help. 2. Very bright street lights and noisy street. They provide eye masks and ear plugs (I saw those when I checked in and said "great"). 3. You have to have a code to get in the building and your room. No one checks you in or is even at the door. Look for an email (I didn't get one) or reach out to the hotel before to avoid standing on the street by yourself at night trying to figure out how to get in. 4. No elevator. Be prepared to carry your bags upstairs. This is very pretty. Bed was comfortable. Sheets were microfiber unfortunately. Added to my heat problem.

My husband I stayed at the Mason hotel this past weekend for a last minute trip to see family. I could not love this place more!! Bravo to the designer and stylist for this place it was amazing and such a quaint setting and a great price! I have always had to drive to Starkville and it was just for a decent, clean, basic hotel but not anymore...I will be back!! This place is very relaxing, clean and has a luxurious feel. so happy I found the Mason Hotel my kids are going to love it too!

the hotel was cute and quaint but the sink and shower had hair in it and when I realized it had hair, it was no one to contact regarding the need to get it cleaned out. I wouldn't stay there again.

Could not control the air conditioning, was a little chilly.
