馬桶蓋都壞了，還沒有任何洗刷用品，同事出差多年，第一次強烈要求差評，同事非常失望與生氣

設施比較老舊，好多東西用不了/我沒搞明白怎麼用，但是這次累到不行直接就睡了，隔音一般但累所以睡的還是很好的，總體來説如果想要一個人有一個房間休息可以選擇，不然如果衹是臨時過夜就建議直接住hostel青旅，更便宜方便，累到不行時也同樣能睡好。

It was the worst place I have ever stayed in my whole life and I'm not picky at all. The room was smelly and dirty. The sheets although washed were covered with stains. Тhe bed covers were crumpled into a ball on the floor and duvets were without sheets and dirty. The water in the shower was barely leaking. Towels were missing but we got 2 after I asked for. There was dirt and rust everywhere. We stayed there because it was for 2 nights and we're not a picky couple but if you happen to be stuck there with nowhere to go - better go and sleep at Victoria train station - much cleaner and warmer. There positive things were the TV, internet and electric jar.

I highly NOT recommend this hotel to everybody. I checked in the mid-night. The staff told me not to go bath for no reason. If I need to use bath, just use this in next morning after 830 am. Doesnt make any senses. For sure, the hotel is so old and all broken for facilities, such as windows, toilet door, etc. No more next time.

Awful decor, no luggage storage facility, no hot water, no heater in minus 3 degree temperature. Wet paint smell. Broken mirror and broken doors. Keep away pls from this place. Not clean and plenty hair everywhere. Last guests bits and bobs still in room.

Los aseos están muy sucios, el agua de l ducha sale fría. Preguntamos por toallas en recepción y no recibimos ninguna. Las paredes son muy finas y al vecino se le puede escuchar perfectamente roncar. Si tu idea es tener un sitio donde descansar no lo escojas. Pero si solo necesitas una cama para echar unas cabezadas y seguir el tour está muy bien por la ubicación que tiene.

Stay away pls, quite a stench and strong smell. Floor boards and doors and windwos falling off. Lots of diret everywhere and not much pleasant at all. Bit of a shambles tbh

Very poor hotel to stay.. No amenities is been managed well. Imagine Hot water been off at the middle of the night with TV control using centralise censor. Rooms ain’t smelling nice at at. One towel been placed in the room. Bed isn’t good as well. Overhyped for the environment Thanks

Avoid at all costs. Really unpleasant. Damp, mouldy, dirty smells hit me before I got to my room. Cracked toilet seat. Cigarette butts outside on the window sill. I complained and they put me in a different room where not as bad but still smelly. Air in my next room was still really bad due to inadequate ventilation. Also difficult to contain shower-water. Made me feel dirty for the duration of my stay but I couldn't at short notice find alternative accommodation. Submitting this review out of social responsibility. This will be your worst last resort.
