今回リバプールに来た際にこのホテルに3日間滞在しました。
衛生面では、枕カバーやシーツ、バスタオルなどに汚れや黄ばみがあり、５つ星ホテルとは思えないほどでした（頼んだらすぐに交換してくれましたが）。
次に、ウェイターが部屋を掃除した後、タオルを部屋に置き忘れてしまったのですが、私たちはタオルを返却し、謝罪も何もせずにタオルを持ち帰りました。
海外に行くときは、シーツや枕カバーを必ず持参することをお勧めしますが、5 つ星ホテルの品質を見ても、多くの品物の清掃や受け入れ基準が基準を満たしていないことがわかります。
しかし、u1s1ホテルのロビーでの食事環境はとても美しく、ロビーでのサービスと態度は非常に優れています。良い

The bar alone is worth the trip, such a beautiful conversion. We had a lovely stay for my partner's birthday and they put a balloon and chocolates in - so sweet! The service at the front desk was exceptional. The only thing I would say was a shame was that you need to pay £30pp if you wish to visit the spa/pool, which to be honest was lovely but not £60! Overall a fantastic stay, love that check out is midday and that gave us a chance to enjoy a delicious breakfast downstairs. Thanks for the experience!

圖文不符合，圖片上的classic double 有大大的窗户，到了酒店被告知 classic double 是地下負一樓的房間，衹有一個小小暗窗。去酒店官網再次確認，classic double 確實是負一樓的房間，圖片明顯誤導人。
如果圖片正確，我就能看到是那種很小的窗户，我完全可以不選，加點錢住更好的。
而且由於是third party pre-paid order，完全不能到店補差價升級，真的很無語🙄
