Greeting was pleasant. The room was a bit stark with the laminate flooring and white light when we walked in the room. Curtains did not draw all the way closed as a part was broken. There was a lot of hallway noise. Doors to other rooms were quite loud when they closed and we could hear people above us walking back and forth and next door talking. The room was clean, bed was nicely made but pillows were lumpy and thin which made watching tv uncomfortable.

This place has gone downhill in the last couple of years. They have done some remodeling, with laminate flooring and paint but they need to do a major overhaul. The paint is peeling, the whole place has a musty, stale smell. Breakfast was nothing special, pre-packaged muffins and other similar items. The shower curtain in our room was ripped and yellow, it used to be white. One of the drawers would not stay closed, there was a stain on the lamp shade. There are some "long term" residents that hang out in the lobby. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk was rushing, more eager to talk to a long term resident than help me. She told me nothing about the motel, breakfast, if housekeeping would come to our room (they never did), or when checkout was, nothing. We probably won't be staying here again.

It looks like they’ve tried to update this property with new paint and floors. Unfortunately we were in the first room across from the front desk and heard every ice collection, conversation and door slam all night long. The neighbor next door had his tv on all night which we tried to drown out with the fan. Luckily we only spent one night. It is close to everything which is nice.

It’s nice. We weren’t asking for much. You can definitely smell the cleaners in the halls, which we didn’t mind because at least you know it’s being cleaned. Night time desk person was sweet and nice. The kids were super happy.

For the price, I thought it was much better than expected. Clean, comfortable, staff was really nice. The one thing I would like improvement on was the breakfast. Some sort of fruit, even inexpensive bananas would have been nice.

We booked this hotel from November 3-5, 2023 but this property had bugs bed bite and poor customer services. Therefore; we checked out a day early. My daughter and son were ended up to go emergency care on the next day after we checked out from this hotel. She had bed bugs bites,and later on the doctor diagnosed as “scabies”. She stayed home for over a week without working.

The staff was wonderful and I appreciated the safety at the property. The room could have been a little cleaner, but overall worth the price I paid.

The light outlets covers were off, unsafe, needs painting, spots on the cover, not very attractive. Staff was nice.
