The stay in this hotel and Katrina's wonderful hospitality upgraded our experience of staying in Lecce, we especially enjoyed the design of the hotel which was meticulous and beautiful. This hotel is special because of it unique design and hospitality

A beautifully and sympathetically restored palazzo in the centro storico. The decor and furnishings were outstanding, with every attention to detail. All the main sights were in comfortable walking distance, as were the railway station, bars ,cafes and restaurants. Room VI had an exceptionally large and well-equipped bathroom, plus its own terrace. The manager, Caterina, and her team could not have been more welcoming .

An excellent place that combined tradition, culture, history and the amenities of a modern boutique hotel. Located in a quiet part but still very close to the historic center made the stay easy. The wonderful personnel, always there to support with discretion and enthusiasm

We were greeted by friendly staff and presented with a beautiful room and tour of the hotel. Staff was very helpful in recommending restaurants and local attractions. The roof top features a pool and sunbathing area with a spectacular view.

This property was beautiful, in the heart of the old town and with a great roof top pool to cool down in the Lecce heat. My only suggestion would be some pool towels around the pool and maybe a cocktail hour.

Absolute luxury, with amazing attention to detail in a contemporary style yet full of traditional character right in the heart of Lecce. Lovely breakfast with charming staff, I thoroughly recommend and intend to return in the Autumn. Thank you.

Nice place. Very convenient to explore Lecce. Parking is not good as they don’t control parking and you’re at the mercy of public parking lots outside of the old town. I had a lady from the palazzo go with me to park. Aside from parking it’s a beautiful small hotel with a pool on top a fabulous breakfast and a wonderful room.

We received a very warm welcome from Simone complete with a glass of prosecco ! We were offered a room upgrade which we were very excited to accept. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and everything is very clean. They were very accomodating with any requests ( I asked for a kettle in the room for boiling water) and breakfast was wonderful. The communication via whatsapp makes everything so easy and easily contacted if out and about. would 100% recommend.

It is difficult to imagine a more perfect stay.  The Palazzo Lecce was previously a private family palazzo, which has been thoughtfully and quite tastefully remodeled into a 6-room hotel that embodies both style and comfort.  The design is clean, elegant and timeless, with all of the little touches that cumulatively make a big difference in comfort -- heated marble floors, wonderful mattresses and sheets/towels, terrific lighting for both reading and relaxing, amazing showers and fixtures, the rooftop terrace/bar/pool, and many other "little" things that make it all so wonderful.  The breakfast is sumptuous and changes from day to day -- and don't miss their pasticciotto, which is by far the best we had in all of Puglia.  I can't think of a single physical aspect of the hotel which was lacking in any way.  But what really makes Palazzo Lecce so wonderful is the staff -- Simone, Valentina, Jalena and particularly Katarina, were extremely kind and helpful with touring and restaurant suggestions/reservations, local parking (challenging!), pointing us toward the best bars and places to snack, as well as wonderful dining adventures.  She arranged for one of us to get an emergency haircut at her personal stylist during Easter week (not easy, I'm surmising), and was genuinely and personally delighted when we reported back on wonderful meals or tours.   In so many ways, Katarina was the "extra" that moved Palazzo Lecce from "extremely good" to "truly exceptional".  One add-on we particularly enjoyed:  Palazzo Lecce arranged for us a half day private tour with Danielle, a local guide who was extremely knowledgeable about the city's architecture and the history behind it, and brought charm, wit, passion and humor to her descriptions.  We had a terrific time with her, and learned a lot.  I don't think she has a website yet, but can be contacted through Katarina -- quite highly recommended! Overall, a truly wonderful stay -- most highly recommended.
