Our room was not cleaned daily we had to call for towels and stuff, also our keys wouldnt work had to get them redone daily on our stay..

This place was a pleasant experience, largely because of Crystal, who checked us in and interacted with us during our stay. Great front desk person! Breakfast at the restaurant next door, with a significant discount coupon from the hotel, was outstanding.

Check in took almost 45 minutes at the desk. Wait time to check in another 30-45 minutes. New untrained staff that should have never been left alone. Proper training This property is becoming really run down, I had stayed here in the past, and we won't be back.

Accommodating staff, clean rooms. There were some extremely disruptive guests above our room that lead to a 3AM vist from the police, and there was a gas leak in the building that caused half of our party to be relocated our first morning there. This property won't be my first choice on our next visit.

We were awakened by staff at 6:30 am and told to leave the building immediately due to a gas leak. After going to a restaurant for breakfast my husband called the motel to see when we could return and were told that the building we were in shouldn’t have been evacuated. Later that morning I received a call from the hotel saying we would need to move our belongings to another room due to the gas leak. This made a mess of over half a day with family. The new room had a hole in the bathtub that had been poorly patched by someone smearing some putty on it. Staff seemed nice but not sure we would stay there again.

Restaurant smelled of propane and did not seat us in a timely manner, so we left. I am sure with fixing the gas leak and a few more employees, these issues would be resolved.

We only got to stay in Jackson for one night on our recent trip and this hotel with cute cabins was great - I wish we could have stayed longer to check out all of the amenities!

You can tell it's older. Dusting needs done on fire safety fixtures and above doors. Old carpets need upgrade and cleaned and vacuumed better.

We had a pleasant stay with the Inn at Lander, Travelodge. It's a nice hotel and the staff was pleasant. It served our needs for a short overnighter as a family of 5. Maybe the unfortunate part is how the hotel has not been maintained. The carpet in our room was significantly stained. The holder for the toilet paper roll in the bathroom was falling out of the drywall...stuff like that. The coffee in the lobby was not good, what there was of it. Now, granted there's the restaurant next door with a coupon for coffee during its business hours - but coffee in a hotel lobby is standard and would have been nice if it was good...like not an old pot sitting on a burner for a long time. Honestly, we're not super picky with hotels. I think what gets disappointing is it cost almost TWO HUNDRED dollars to stay here for one night. And for that much money for one overnight stay...it is ridiculous that amount doesn't provide a really, really nice hotel experience. And we didn't have to stay there, of course. But, we were traveling from out of town and one hotel over another is hard to tell when looking on-line. You'd just like to think that a $200 price tag would give you something remarkable for a special family trip of just one night. Instead it just gives you an average-minus experience. The staff was lovely and in the end-people sure make all the difference! Maybe the owners of the establishment could put forward some efforts with maintenance & presentation is all...for $200/night.
