ホリデイ イン & スイーツ レイク シティ IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn & Suites Lake City)

Mildew, mildew, mildew. We cut our trip short because 1) no housekeeping / room refresh in 2 days. Even though it was requested. Had to pick up towels from the front desk and leave used towels in the hall because the bathroom mildew smell kept getting worse. 2) Dirty counter tops in bathroom.

Smokers beware!!!! If you throw away an empty cigarette pack in your room, they assume that you smoked in the room and charge you $250 on your credit card. I'm still trying to get my money back from this scam.

Everything about this hotel was great. Even the staff was corteous, professional, and helpful. Checked on me regularly.

It was clean and close to the interstate and we were exhausted. Nice to have a soft bed.

Coming back from out of state trip we decided to stop for the night. We did a late check in. The front was very nice and friendly. She made. The check in process easy. We were of the top floor. Elevators were working (maybe a little slow). We were very happy with the room. We got a king size bed and and trust me very welcomed. The room was oversized which was a plus. Really the only down side ( no fault of hotel) We were woken up at 7:44am with screaming kid. The sound really carried. Must of been at the free breakfast served. We would of liked to sleep in a little longer.

Very clean, bed was comfortable. Beautiful facility. Very convenient right off interstate.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone, including Brandy, went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. I would highly recommend.

I didnt like the fact that the hotel lost power and the manager refused to give me my money back for the inconvenience of it being hot, no power, no AC. It wasnt like i was trying to get money back for the night i did stay, i was checking out early due to the power inconvenience and just wanted my money back for the night i DIDN'T stay! The manager on duty shoved my key card bak across the counter and said there was nothing she would do to help the situation. Not nothing she could do. I was so upset! Why not just allow me to check out and reimburse me for the night I didn't use??? Well needless to say, i filed a complaint! Just waiting on the outcome. No one should be treated in such a way because the hotel lost power with no backup generator!!

Was able to get a nice quiet nights rest after driving all day
