I had a warm welcome from Jude, my single room was lovely and had everything that I needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I had a lovely view of the pretty garden. I was visiting Kings Lynn for my niece’s wedding, so Jude very kindly leant me her make up mirror so that I could do my face on the big day, but there was also a full length mirror on the bathroom door. The cooked breakfast was lovely and cooked to order, there was also a good selection of cereals, a lovely fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, fruit compote and Jude’s homemade jam and marmalade. I would happily recommend this B&B if you’re visiting Kings Lynn and I would stay here again.

Stayed in the Sandringham room. Very comfortable big bed, room spotless, nice large shower. Beautiful garden to sit and have tea/coffee. Great breakfast. I liked that they are helping the environment re flask of milk instead of plastic pots, butter in a dish, not individually wrapped etc. Great location, a nice walk through the park to the town. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

An amazing place to stay. Always a nice comfortable experience. Breakfast is brilliant with a good choice of food available. It is a nice walk through the beautiful park to the town centre. Always a pleasure. The rooms are very comfortable and some have a nice view of the garden. There is also free parking.

Highly recommend this B&B … so friendly yet so professional… and spotlessly clean … they cater for absolutely everything .. so appreciative of fresh milk for our tea !!! Karl’s hosting skills are spot on .. attentive but not over the top .. and local knowledge is excellent Breakfast is amazing and the service runs so smoothly.. Will definitely be back when we return to Kings Lynn .

A nice house situated near the walks in Kings Lynn. Very comfortable and clean : a small room which was as advertised but comfortable beds and usual tea and coffee making facilities. Karl and Jude were efficient and helpful hosts ...a friendly couple. A great situation to explore the lovely town of Kings Lynn.

Compact but well appointed room with plenty of storage space. Modern very good shower room. Excellent breakfast and friendly hosts.

Very very good adresse. All was perfect. Breakfast so british was so good. Néanmoins the town via à beautyfull green park

Absolutely lovely place to stay, room was lovely, had a lovely couple nights sleep, bed was very comfortable, everything you need in the room for a break away, hosts were superb, very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was very nice and a good range to choose from, would highly recommended staying at the B&B and will definitely be staying there again in future, had a great Easter Weekend and the B&B made it, see you on the future

Lovely hosts, very comfortable and clean room. We stayed in the Sandringham room which was warm and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was clean and worked well although the shower room was a bit small. Breakfast was very tasty and served fresh. The wifi was very good. Kings Lynn town centre was a 15 minute walk through the nice park. Would definitely stay here again.
