キンダースリー イン(Kindersley Inn)

We were given a late checkout which is nice. The newer part of the KI is recommended and good value. Unfortunately the fire alarm sounded almost the entire stay so it was not very restful.

There was a moldy tea bag in the coffee maker. The floors were filthy. The drawer under the tv was broken. The room was cold. One of my worst hotel stays

Very short stay and mostly good except for a vandalism incident. Some time during the night our gas tank was drilled and drained. Although the incident was traumatizing initially, we received great support from the hotel, police and local services. Because of the excellent help and support we were provided, we wouldn't hesitate visiting this community again in the future. We were also told the suspected vandal has been arrested and charged. 👍

It was all right, beds were comfy and it was quiet. Wish the pool and hot tub was open as I was travelling with small kids who would’ve loved it.

I booked based on photos of the new hotel but our room was at the older hotel, which was fine, it was clean enough for the night but very cold in the room when we checked in and once we got settled in we noticed a bunch of dead maple bugs in the corner of our room and we ended up killing 5 that were alive in our room. Made our stay not as comfortable as we had hoped.

Well, the rooms seem to be decent getting your luggage to your room via the luggage cart and the under even front door entry to try and get a luggage cart up is a task in itself. It needs a ramp up to the bottom of the door so you don’t have to lift the luggage carts up.

As we checked in we were told we were in a different building which was fine but the luggage carts could not get into the building because of a big lip at the door. We got to the room which looked nice but then we saw the dirty table, dirty cutlery and a big bag of garbage in the closet. I called just to make sure the room had been cleaned and they offered to move us. By this time we were already settled so we stayed put. Premium prices for a less than average stay.

Poorly lit hallways, stale smelling, unmade rooms had doors wide open.

******* has to take this property off its list. They advertise brand new rooms and when you get there its an old dirty building. This is false advertising as you base your decision on photo's, reviews, etc...
