Great location in the city centre and a quiet comfortable room equipped with tea making facilities, hair dryer and iron board. It was clean although the carpet wasn’t great. Service was polite but a little short staffed which meant longer waiting times. Public Car parking is across the road was very inconvenient. Gym is accessible by an underground walkway, it was crowded and I was caught out as the sauna closes 30 mins early.

Lovely, cosy hotel with great amenities right in centre of Kilkenny. Quiet, warm, cosy room. Easy parking. Great bar and the people are amazingly helpful and efficient. Will for sure be back. Thank you

Nice hotel, good location, restaurant is good and the breakfast is excellent. Only downside was the heating in the room, radiator was not adjustable and there was no air conditioning.

Rooms feel old (no thermostat in my room). Other than that, it was sufficient for the night.

Ok basic hotel; significantly over priced for what it is! Positive was the breakfast which has excellent service; negative was the bar/lobby service- the night we stayed the clear priority wasa large Christmas event; there was no accomodation for residents. Overall very disappointed.

Amazing location, easy parking, decent pool and leisure facilities, tasty breakfast, nice bar/restaurant, friendly receptionists. Room and bathroom a little tired, cleaners not up to much especially for the daily clean.

I have beeen there several times, always nice to return to a Hotel you know. SPA, Service and Pub7Restaurant is good, very good.

Very nice property within easy walk to all that Kilkenny has to offer. Self park across the street was easy to find. The common areas of the hotel were very nice. The room was clean and generally in good condition. The beds were comfortable. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to friends and family looking for a place to stay in Kilkenny.

Beautiful hotel but there could have been more information given about how the lights worked. It wasn’t safe at night because the lights appeared to be all on or all off.
