ニューパーク ホテル(Newpark Hotel)

We haven't stayed here for a long time, probably since our 2 boys were very small. We always thought it was expensive. When you look it up you would probably say the same but when you arrive you see that the money you pay has been put back into all the hotels' amenities. Staff,pool,bar, and breakfast all excellent we didn't have dinner in the hotel we had booked other places with family to eat before arriving. It felt and looked like Christmas time there. The whole place was decorated lovely and ands to the whole stay the park at the back our 2 boys loved we had to walk it every morning after breakfast. We will be back for sure and would recommend it to everyone. Keep up the great work 5/5

We went to the hotel for a spa treatment and to say it was fabulous is an understatement. Sergio was my massage therapist and he was so good,I was so relaxed after it I felt almost like I could just go and sleep for the afternoon. The relaxation room exceeds all. I would highly recommend the escape spa in the newpark Hotel

Today I had a back of body massage with Amy and it was one of the best I've had. She is very professional and made sure to pay more attention to any of the tighter areas I had. I would highly recommend this type of massage, and to ask for Amy if possible:)

I went into sign myself up for the gym there the other day and Jack from leisure club was a top man. He thoroughly showed me the gym and was available for any queries and set my worries aside. Was talking to him for a few minutes and he was very kind and helpful to me

My spa experience with Sergio was excellent! I would highly recommend! I had a full body massage and also made use of the infinity pool, jacuzzi and sauna. All were really enjoyable. We walked easily from the train and enjoyed lunch in the bar before using the spa.

Very poor breakfast. I was shocked at the standard of food was served to us. We were sat down and told it was table service. We were not given a menu. A waitress came over and I asked for a menu, to which she replied "oh we can cook you most things" This seemed odd and made us feel quite awkward and we still didn't know what was available. Nevertheless, I ordered sausage, bacon and white pudding with toast My partner ordered sausages, white pudding and beans with toast. We were not asked about quantities we would like, but thought a chef or server would realise they were serving 2 adults. My partners dish came out with 2 sausages and 2 pieces of pudding lost on the centre of a plate. Alongside around 5-8 beans (yes 5, swimming in sauce) in what appeared to be a sauce holder! I remind you I paid over €450 for our room for the night. Then came my bacon. Well I'll let the photos do the talking for my cremated food Some work needed here, wouldn't stay again. Also at €450+ for a suite....maybe you could power wash and paint the decking of the private terraces. They leave alot to be desired Better places to stay elsewhere, alot cheaper too. Standards would want to getting better, or reduce pricing in line with your standards

Stayed here recently for one night as we wanted to visit Jurassic Park. Park Excellent , not too big, safe and dinosaurs so realistic the kids loved it. Would recommend bring packed lunch! We went on a Sunday busy enough. Didn't realise it was open on Mondays for hotel guests. Be great if hotel gave information pack on arrival. Hotel: check in at 4pm we did the park first otherwise your day is gone. Went to our room only to see it was still being cleaned. Room had double 2 single. No aircon and with the heat we had we could not sleep! We had a fan wasn't great. Couldn't open windows as you will see from pic it was like Jurassic Park outside! Pool: lovely pool make sure to book, bring swim hats and for adults be sure to try outdoor infinity pool it was amazing. Bar: really nice bar be sure to book. Family friendly. Great kids menu and reasonably priced. Also fantastic service management going round checking on families. Breakfast was the biggest let down. Fry was dry and tasteless worse iv had in any hotel. This needs to be looked at.

Really nice hotel on the outskirts of Kilkenny. Checked in by a very friendly staff member. Our room was on the ground floor and was perfect for us, clean, spacious, beds were comfortable, the room had everything we needed. Fabulous breakfast on both mornings. We ate in Scott's brasserie and it was very good. Overall very impressed and would return.
