The staff was extremely helpful and professional. It was a pleasure working with Salem, Emad, Shams, Albara, and Nasser. The gym is one of the best in the industry.

Over all good and comfy stay,

A surprisingly luxurious and fully equipped hotel in a city with limited choices. Rooms were very spacious and had all what is needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is served on the top floor with many varieties including live cooking and indoor and outdoor seating areas. They have a big swimming pool so if you can spare time it will be worth it. The only negative part that waived a full mark is the incident that ruined one night sleep when the alarm went off more than once out of nowhere just when I fell asleep late. When I inquired about it the next day the receptionist just answered that maybe it went off by mistake! Not a convincing answer or response at all.

I have never had the experience anywhere that would let me actually take the time and write a review. But this exception is because i will feel guilty for anyone who has not experienced the feeling you get staying in this hotel. Let me start with the transportation arrangements with Abu Salim ( ابو سالم) that was SUPER professional with everything, carrying around a very humble soul may god bless him. Then we have the captains with us, that where always on time to transport us to our locations for our shoots, most stayed for long hours along our side thank u for that ( Saddam, Ali,Ali) also a special thanks to Sheikh Ali the Rolls Royce captain that took good care of our main celebrity for his professional appearance and attitude. SPECIAL THANKS TO THE CHEF THAT PAMPERED US AND FED US A VARIETY OF GOOD DELICIOUS FOOD🙏🏼. Thanks to the reception for all the support especially Nawaf Al Asiri. MOST OF ALL, i want to thank everyone for every smile that changed our mood while we been under pressure.This will definitely my first but not my last. BAYAT YOUR ARE ONE LOVELY FAMILY. Keep shinning ✨🙏🏼🖤.

Good location. Quietness. The room was very dark with no window. The door opens directly on the bed. We were separated from our children (different floors) for the whole stay of 8 nights.

Very bad for the price. The room has no window, very late check-in at 5:00 PM! Even though we arrived at noon!! The bed is broken, and the mattress is uncomfortable.

Check in is at 2pm. I arrived 3:30pm and was told it would be an hour, the room was being cleaned. In reality it was 6pm before the room was ready, and it was not the room i booked. They promote themselves as 5 star, way off the mark. Unsure if this was one off, but i would go elsewhere.

2pm Checkin, more like 6pm I arrived at 3:30pm, it is now 5:20pm and room still not avaliable. I should have gone elsewhere. The checkin desk unable to tell me when room be avaliable. 300 usd a night and i wait 2 hours for room, not even sure i will get a room. Stay away from this hotel.

Room is really small with no sunlight at all. I think it’s overpriced. Room service is very slow. Pool staff doesn’t allow kids under 14 to use it.
