ジュノー ホテル(Juneau Hotel)

Stayed during Snowmageddon, so hard to rate the property in terms of walkability, etc, but in better weather it is definitely walkable to grocery store or restaurants. But those are probably 1/2 mile to a mile away? Huge rooms, very full kitchens, etc. So comfortable. Only thing I noticed was regular horizontal blinds in the room which is find for 17 hours of darkness each day, but in the summer, you may prefer blackout curtains if you want to get more sleep.

Winter rate was way too high for what you received. Charges over $200/night when nobody was occupying the hotel. Thermostat was stuck on high the entire time, so we had to open the windows when we slept at night. Shower head had too much pressure and basically ripped my hair out of my scalp. Cable tv did not work 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. Staff was very nice and the room was very clean!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed here because we were so atisfied with the accommodations. Its clean, the beds are comfortable and all appliances were clean and in working order. Its a great location, very close to downtown. I would stay again!!

The Juneau Hotel was amazing!! We had a very clean room with a washer and dryer!! We enjoyed our stay there. The staff was very helpful. I will tell my family and friends about this historical Hotel in Juneau.

Very clean and had everything we needed and then some. We didn't cook or do laundry but could have. The bed was very firm but I'd much rather have that than too soft. It was not close to restaurants however so we did a lot of walking.

We stayed at the Juneau Hotel the first and last nights of our trip and both times the suite we had was very nice, very clean and comfortable. The suite on our second stay was huge! A great value compared to average hotel prices in Juneau. It's an older building, but well kept. Minimal amenities, but if you don't need a pool, etc. it's a wonderful stay!

Very clean. Full kitchen and living room. Just past downtown. Close to Foodland. Noisy outside. Did not do triple sheeting. Nice shuttle to airport.

We stayed here before and after our cruise. The property itself is older and it showed as much in both rooms. It's pricey for what you get. But it has all the conveniences you might need such as washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Shuttle is first-come, first-served so make your reservations early. Generally friendly staff. We probably would stay at a hotel closer to the cruise terminals because it's about a 20-30 min walk into downtown and to the cruise terminals, so not super convenient.

Worst place ever. We got there late, took FOREVER (45-60mins) to get checked in, the room was 90 degrees with no AC (50 outside) so we had to open the windows but we less than 10 feet from a freeway on/off ramp that was insanely loud, blood stained hide-a-bed mattress with 2 orders worth of McDonalds French fries underneath (I have pics of all of it) INSANELY OVERPRICED, horrible customer service & about the worst hotel in Juneau. I have emailed multiple times to try and correct their mistakes before I made this review with no response from them.
