Overall stay was fine! Nice place to rest for the day! Only thing was, cleanliness need to improve alot. Facilities in the toilet etc shower head can be better. Fixture in toilet all loose. Towels, time to change to a new set. Towels are clean just that its very old. Checking in & out was prompt! Wifi was super fast!

Process of Check in very fast I requested for trolley for my luggage but the front staff didn’t arrange anyone to carry my stuff from lobby to room . Room are clean and very comfortable

Location wise is good as it is just beside PDRM station and a hospital, safe 🤭😊
But amenities wasn't that good as it only has a cafe(Woodfire) below. Opening hours are limited.
But overall, it was a good stay.
If you love peace n quiet surrounding, this is the place.

The room was spacious but not well maintained.
1) The floor was dusty
2) Shower holder was faulty
3) Wall and doors were moldy
4) Bedsheet & pillow covers look dirty. There are strand of hairs on the bed
5) TV shelf seem to drop anytime
6) Bathtub was dirty
7) Sticky stained on the study table left from the previous guest
8) No security as there is no need room key to access to every floor
Our worst experience were our door was opened by someone without knocking until we scream out. Call the front desk and was told that housekeeping went to wrong room. Thanks goodness we were not undressed. We looked through the peephole and saw a guy in the next room tidy up the bed without changing the bedsheet and pillow covers and came out without anything. We believed that they didn't bother to change anything or clean the room after the guest checked out. We felt unsafe to sleep at night as we were all ladies.
We again went down to complain to the front desk and the lady receptionist doesn't seem to bother and keep replying us in Malay.
Definitely will not recommend anyone to book this hotel and will never book again.
