Room was large, clean, modern and fresh. Service was top rate except they do need to improve on waiter quality. Great breakfast and steaks for dinner at their hotel. The outside balcony was great to sit on and enjoy and the room had awesome air conditioning. Highly recommend this hotel

I spent 8 nights here on a business trip. The perfect hotel for me located in a cul de sac in a very quiet and green part of Johannesburg next to the Bruma lake park. The rooms were clean, spacious and equipped with a mini kitchen. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A bonus for me was that the lay out of the hotel allowed me to safely make a circuit of 400 meters enabling me to walk 4 Km every morning. The location is also close to the Eastgate mall and 15 minutes from the international airport. I would recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a comfortable safe stay in Johannesburg.

The units are well equipped - with proper blow dryer close to a table/chair and mirror. Beds are comfortable. Space is used well to feel spacious, yet cozy. Staff is extremely friendly and helful and the food delicious - value for money!

The Lodge staff is absolutely lovely and so professional! The food is exceptional and breakfast is a feast! My bed was so comfortable and cozy so I really had a good nights sleep! Rooms are big and I even had a Nepresso machine in mine which was so nice! Shower had lots of water pressure and nice and hot, would highly recommend staying here on your next visit! Very quiet and easy to get to from OR Tambo, close to Mall and shops.

We knew the hotel would be satisfactory because Road Scholar uses is and we've never been disappointed with a Road Scholar accommodation. It lived up to our expectations. Our stay was comfortable and the hotel is conveniently situated within an easy drive of the airport and downtown Johannesburg.

Very friendly staff, the room was comfortable, I always struggle with pillows when im away from home but they have the fluffiest pillows ever! Security guards very helpfull,I really enjoyed my stay..

A great room, comfy bed, clean bathroom, great shower. I liked the balcony where we could watch the birds! The staff was helpful and friendly, advising us on getting around. The café and bar were good, we had a burger and pizza and both were good. We liked the Warwick Cabernet! The breakfast buffet was affordable and tasty. Only a 15-minute Uber to the airport. We would stay there again.
