Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu - MGallery

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). The hotel is very beautifull. All staffs in hotel are very kindly and enthusiastic. I will come back in further.

五一來金堂遊玩，在選擇酒店的時候查看了一些關於金堂各酒店的介紹，最終我們選擇了這家。酒店距成都一個多小時的車程，園林設計偏日系小而美，主打的就是一個遠離城市喧囂的概念，非常安靜； 非常感謝這趟美憬閣之旅的管家Mia，她的熱情和真誠讓我們在酒店休息的時光温馨且放鬆。Hailey也很快幫我辦理了入住，並幫我們升級到了一居別墅。房間裏不但有歡迎水果還貼心的準備了野餐墊和小朋友拖鞋；酒店親子活動也非常豐富有小童手搖船、幸運套圈、趣味投壺、射箭下午還有温泉皂和拓印的手工製作。 白馬湧泉泉眼所在地就在酒店裡。酒店公區有室內温泉三個泡池，比較大，其中有一個小童的海洋球和泡泡池，邊上還有兩個幹蒸和濕蒸房間，室外分佈10多個泡池，水温35℃-41℃不等，完全可以滿足大人放鬆，小孩子玩水的需求。 晚上外出遊玩回來，泡上一壺茶，一宅一院一湯泉當庭院內的湯池，注入升騰暖水，浸泡暖池，聆聽自然物語，讓人十分放鬆。 酒店帶給我們全家非常好的體驗感，白天我們在園區騎行散步晚上管家Taylor幫我們放了泡泡浴和小鴨子而且餐廳charlie及時幫我們解決了用餐時的突發事情，十分的感謝；對於環境優美，服務到位，設施對得起價格的酒店，期待下次再回來

一進酒店大堂，温馨的燈光和熱情的服務就讓我感到賓至如歸。接待人員熱情周到，耐心地為我介紹了酒店的各項設施和服務，讓我對這次入住充滿了期待。 我佳進了一問寬敞明亮的客房，佈置得温馨而精緻。落地窗外是一片綠意盎然的花園，讓人心曠神怡。床鋪柔軟舒適，讓人一夜好眠。此外，房間內的温泉設施也讓我印象深刻。在忙碌的一天後，泡個温泉澡，讓身心得到徹底放鬆，真是人間一大樂事。酒店的餐廳也給我留下了深刻印象。菜品豐富多樣，既有傳統的地道美食，也有創新的現代佳餚。每道菜都色香味俱佳，讓人回味無窮。在這裏用餐，真是一種享受。除了硬件設施，酒店的服務也讓我倍感滿意。 無論是前台roro的熱情接待、客房服務還是餐廳服務，尤其是管家Hailey，體現出了極高的專業素養和熱情周到的服務態度。員工們總是面帶微笑，時刻關注客人的需求，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。 總的來説，這家温泉酒店無論是從硬件設施、服務質量還是整體氛圍都讓我感到非常滿意。 酒店下午茶味道非常不錯，牆裂建議嘗試一下。

服務：因為特殊原因，五一節原本的計劃旅行取消了。但總想到哪兒去逛逛，就在五月一日當天選擇了海泉灣的這家酒店。提前一天管家taylor就給我們聯繫，很貼心的問我們有什麼需求，一一滿足。住店當天按照我們的要求，選擇了景色非常好的房間，給我們準備了冰粉和歡迎水果。整個住店期間有任何問題我都跟taylor聯繫，很快就會得到回覆。服務非常周到和專業。 設施：整個酒店給我的感覺非常適合帶孩子的家庭居住，從早上開始，酒店就會準備好射箭、套圈、投壺等各種孩子喜歡的遊戲項目，天氣好的時候還會給孩子們準備好撈魚的工具，撈魚的網兜隨處可見，想玩就拿，撈魚的衣服都會提前準備好，想玩的孩子自己拿，穿上就下湖撈魚。對帶孩子的家庭來説真的太友好了。 環境：室內温泉早上去人也不多，整體裝修比較日式，給人感覺很安靜衞生。房間內還有兩個温泉浴池，一個樓上一個樓下，早上出太陽的時候兩個池子都能曬到，温泉水直接引入，孩子在池子裏游泳也不會涼，可以玩的很開心。 總體來説，非常推薦，我們家肯定會二刷。

五一放棄遠行，選擇了周邊遊。索菲特酒店面積不大，但是給孩子和大人提供了諸多娛樂項目，温泉，射擊，投壺，釣魚，皮划艇，竹筏。很清凈，很休閑。早上自助餐也不錯。碰到的工作人員都非常熱情禮貌。下次還會來！

酒店環境很好，前台肖roro超級漂亮，而且服務態度熱情周到. 很好的一個温泉酒店！非常舒適安靜，周邊空氣環境也好，房間很大。 還有温泉洗浴很乾凈。一次很好的住宿體驗。 衞生：很好，環境：舒適， 服務：熱情早餐營養豐富，品種多樣；環境絕佳，可俯視旅順口；停車場超大；服務質量上乘；周圍環境優雅、靜謐。 酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多。希望多推出點活動，讓大家都能來體驗。

特別感謝管家yaya，入住之前久提前打電話，詢問入住時間以及入住需求，因為我們同行人比較多，yaya都有考慮到房間需求，很貼心的排在了一起，入住期間也是非常的熱情，有需求都第一時間回覆了，還給我們送了冰粉,除此之外，酒店的風景也非常好，真正的風情水秀，很適合度假，餐廳就是衹有一個，節假日人比較多需要提前預約，餐廳的菜也很不錯，還去體驗了一下鹽療很放鬆墨痕舒適，下次還會選擇這裏。
