Very nice staff, clean room and a good breakfast was what we were looking for. Hampton Inn did not disappoint. We will be back.

Allowed dogs but the $50 fee is excessive when they dont create any added cleaning. Will stay again.

The hotel was clean, the night attendant was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was standard nothing fancy. Easy to access the highway.

Hidden gem for a hotel in Janesville. We stay in Janesville often on drives to children in Illinois. We have stayed in several hotels and have found the Hampton to always satisfy. Clean, friendly and I think the best breakfast in town for a hotel. Highly recommend.

We stayed here last November. The room was like we were the first people to use it. I’d like to know what they use to launder the bedding; it feels and smells sooo good. Floor plan is perfect,beds r very very comfortable, towels etc soft, amenities were perfect-hand lotion and shower items on the wall (good idea to have on the wall), easy to use tv remote. The breakfast provided is nutritious, well presented, clean. The gentleman monitoring it was super good assuring it was well stocked, the frig holding milk etc ( the milk cartons were exactly straight with labels “front and center.” He himself was well groomed and friendly; proud of his job. The front desk gals were again the most helpful (morning crew) Like ever. Business could learn from them.

The staff are great. Nice breakfast. Clean. And we like your other customers. However, the coffee upset my stomach. At first we thought the mattress was wonderful. But we both woke with a back ache. We will be back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped with our pets.

Do not let them assign you a room by the lobby. It was very noisy all night. After 10:00 I called to ask it there was a quiet time in the motel. The front desk took care of the problem then another group came to the lobby and was loud. Also at 5:30 AM the breakfast crew came in and we could hear every work they said - which woke us up. Not a pleasant stay.

Very nice facility. Beds so comfortable. Room didn’t have refrigerator so staff graciously put items in their refrigerator and freezer for us.
