Beautiful hotel right by the lake. Rooms are decent although a bit dated. Swimming pool on the small side but very well kept and super clean! Very good breakfast with quality products!!! The bistrot and restaurant Du Sel were excellent!!! Would definitely go back!!

Great Hotel, across the Lake, only 2km from center, with super & spacious renovated rooms, great breakfast - dinner and very polite/professional service!!! Highly recommended for couples, family and business. We visited for the annual 30k lake run.

The hotel is large and spacious but in an old fashioned style. The service is very good and the breakfast is excellent. A beautiful and comfortable pool. The only problem - poor level of maintenance (twice there were ants in our bathroom, a broken faucet, mosquitoes if you open a window)

vegan menu is a lie - they served me regular cheeze, i asked 3 times and they said its vegan and made of soy, only after i insisted they will check again since im sensitive they admitted its a regular cheeze. disrespectful.

Located in a quiet place, this hotel overlooks the lake and is in walking distance of the castle and the centre of Ioannina. Very easy parking in the surrounding area, big, clean room and bathroom. Staff was welcoming, kind and helpful and breakfast was amazing with lots of choices of both local and international taste. The rooms need some renovations.

This was the first hotel I stayed at when Covid restrictions had ended, just a bit over a year ago, and it was a great experience, so I was back now when in town again. Much fuller now as it should be, including breakfast buffet (nice but not better than the served one last year) and pool (still only open from 11, but a great place in the heat, unfortunately also open to community members, which make use of this a lot). It's a legendary, TV-famous place apparently. I had a more traditional, smaller room in the main building this time which wasn't as nice as the more modern one in a side wing last time - but the gorgeous view from the balcony across the lake really made up for everything. I'd stay here again in a jiffy, and as nice as some of the new boutique hotels in Castro are, you just cannot beat that pool!

Spacious hotel , room super clean , nice view over the pool and the side of the street . No noise . Breakfast was very nice .

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Hotel du Lac. The rooms are dated and in need of an upgrade, but clean. The beds are very comfortable. The service was excellent. The pool is incredible and the restaurants serve amazing meals. The view of the lake from our room was spectacular.
