The Sea Street Inn is the best place to stay on the cape. Adrian made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and you can see the passion he has for helping his guests. From giving us tips on where we should visit to getting us a discount on the ferry. The Sea Street Inn is in a quiet area of town and is very clean and comfortable. The crown jewel of our visit was the gourmet breakfast. Adrian’s ultimate passion is food and it showed in the combination of fresh ingredients he used in each course of the breakfast. Adrian was a wealth of information about the cape and the islands. We highly recommend the Sea Street Inn.

Chef Adrian pampered us with a five course breakfast and was very accommodating in every way. The Inn was historic, quiet and comfortable. A lovely respite and walking distance to the ocean. It was a sweet taste of life in New England. We’ll be back!

The proprietor was engaging and was a great resource for everything on the Cape from fine dining to worthwhile activities. Also within walking distance of Hyannis for shopping & dining.

Adrian met us with a big smile and a warm welcome. He made us feel right at home. The first two rooms of the Inn that we explored had amazing photos that stimulated a great conversation. The upstairs suite was cozy, and we slept so well. Adrian gave us great directions to explore the Cape. If you haven't been, you must go! It's beautiful. We ended our time at Sea Street Inn by consuming a delicious breakfast cooked by Adrian. The selection was fresh and so delicious! Cannot say enough about our stay. We will be back!! I’ve done a lot of travel and stayed in some high end accommodations, but I was over the top impressed with the Sea St Inn. There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my experience. The property grounds are lovely, my room was a welcome respite after a long day of travel with a super comfortable bed, a coffee maker, small fridge, and a great selection of TV channels. The art collection in the inn is extensive and has been curated by Adrian and his wife. But wait - there’s more. The four course breakfasts prepared by Adrian were exquisite. I enjoyed homemade pastries, fresh fruit, a lobster BLT (yummy) and smoked trout one morning and smoked salmon and oysters (equally yummy) another day. All while listening to wonderful music in the gorgeous dining room that adjoins a very impressive kitchen. Only the freshest ingredients prepared with great care and attention to detail. Nothing on the web site prepared me for this experience! I can’t wait to return.

Very well appointed inn with gourmet breakfasts (chef and owner educated at the French Culinary School of New York). He was a font of all sorts of information and recommendations. Good location. Best pillow ever. Had no neck pain as I usually do. Very comfortable bed. 2 beautiful and interesting art galleries. Pleasing decor and a calm, laidback vibe which I desperately needed as I was there due to my husband being hospitalized because of a health emergency. We live in Marthas Vineyard, so we were away from home. Landing at the Sea Street Inn was a blessing. Adrian, the owner was very kind and Accommodating.

We LOVED our stay at Sea Street Inn. Adrian, the inn keeper and extraordinary host has crafted every little detail for a perfect B&B stay. The perfect location, beautiful photography, gorgeous orchids, delicious chocolates on the pillow, excellent dinner recommendations, fresh and fluffy towels, the list goes on! We were able to take a walk to the beach after Adrian's over-the-top amazing breakfast. Even while attending to my dietary restrictions, Adrian created a breakfast that highlighted his French culinary training and years of fine dining experience. Hope you get to experience the Sea Street Inn, it's the best B&B!

If you're in search of the perfect bed and breakfast this is it. All expectations were exceeded. Everything about this place cool. The room was memorable. Fun artwork to admire. The breakfast/bunch was an education in fine cooking. Im looking forward to my next getaway.

This inn was the perfect option for our stay in Cape Cod. Adrian was a wonderful host and is clearly passionate about ensuring a positive experience for every guest. The stay comes with nice touches like locally-made caramels, art gallery features, thoroughly combed restaurant recommendations, and fresh French press coffee in the morning. Do not miss the coursed breakfast prepared by Adrian, which was the highlight of our stay. The rooms were comfortable and had been renovated for some modern luxuries while keeping the charming historic feel. We will be back!
