We enjoy the cape codder and are excited to see how it’s like when the renovations are done… water park looks great with new paint only complaint is one night the hot tub wasn’t hot but they got it working.. only complaint really was the beds were not comfortable in my room I’ve been in other rooms where the beds were good but this time out bed sunk so hopefully new beds get put in with the renovation. My little one loves this hotel so yes I will be back over all day

Booked this stay as a gift to our children. The water park was freezing. The water was very cold. Hot tub wasn’t hot. The pool water was warmer than the hot tub. The slides were slimy and the pool at the bottom of the wave room slides was green with algae. There was a nail sticking out of the big white slide and my daughter got stuck by it. We got a $10 off coupon for breakfast. We knew they were under construction so we did not mind the disorder or strange experience but the service was slow. Waited 15 minutes just for coffee. The food came out a minute later. Hash was cold. Plates were hotter than the food. The bill came and the coupon wasn’t taken off. I asked staff to adjust payment and then the lady never returned. My family left without me and I stayed behind waiting to tip. The woman came over to tell me she lost my slip. So I told her the $10 over would be her tip and left. I went to the front desk to complain and she said she would refund me but I have not seen the charges yet in my account. We did not go to the water park again. Instead we went home early.

The rooms were very dated. The TV was small, as was the bathroom. The water park only had certain parts open at a time, likely due to lifeguard staffing issues. The concessions by the pool were not open at all. Housekeeping came in while we were still sleeping (around 9) when checkout wasn't until 11. Not bad, but not great. They have a lot of work to do if they want it to be a Margaritaville. Check in staff was lovely.

Half the pool was closed so another half could be opened. We paid full price and only got to experience half the fun. Pretty disappointing. Also seemed like they were way way under staffed.

We had a wonderful time. The kids had a blast as well as the adults. Very relaxed after our weekend will be doing it again often. Thank you

Great for short visits, the water park was severely understaffed and only allowed a couple areas to be open at a time. The restaurant had good dinner service but poor breakfast service. Rooms are very outdated, electrical outlets were hit and miss for working ones.

We had a terrible time. The place wasn’t clean, wasn’t staffed, under construction, long wait times, dirty rooms. It needs to close for a month or so to get all of the things addressed.

Very sad to say after 20 years of stays at the CC its completely broken down from the front desk to the rooms.

When i was checking in i was told that there were extra resort fees on top of the cost of the room. I was very upset and ended up having to cancel the reservation. I booked through ******* and am still waiting for a cancelation email. Very upset.
