The room was comfortable and clean. This is a minor thing in the big picture but remote didn’t work so you had to go through each channel manually…girl at desk said that’s how it is set up?! Elevator made a very loud noise when door opened and closed. Coffee at breakfast wasn’t very good but hot options were good

It was horrible. Walking to my room upon check in I walked through a cloud of smoke. Called the front desk and was informed it would be taken care of. This was Saturday. On Monday morning I woke up choking on cigarette smoke. My room was filled with it. Horrible.

On the second evening of our stay, due to an accident in which a vehicle took out a power pole, the motel and the surrounding area suffered a power outage. That night we had no electricity for hours, no hot water, no elevator and we were on the 4th floor. It was not a good night, but at checkout the staff helped this 84 year old man carry our luggage down and adjusted our bill a little. The staff was wonderful.

I had bed bugs bites my first night stay. On your survey you ask how many hotel have I stayed in only yours and those 2night I have several bites I am itching I have bites on my back arms neck and rash. Will never stay there again. My skin burns just taking shower due to irritation of the many bites on my body. Felt unsafe in my environment

The rooms were very clean and comfortable! And the staff were very friendly and courteous. The elevator seemed like it needed serviced but all together we had a great stay.

I once live in Hopkinsville. I’ve stayed at this hotel before. Not new but still clean and a good place to stay. I would recommend it. Little pricey but all are right now.

The bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine. Let the lady that checked us in know about the bathroom smell and ask it to be cleaned. when i get back that night the bathroom door was open however, the smell was still there. we purchase some air freshner and closed the bathroom door. the location and the room size are the reason i chose this comfort Suites.

I was astonished at how dirty my room was. In addition to the fact that it hadn’t been well vacuumed, the toilet was very dirty near the top. The bed was an old 90s style mattress with an even older piece of foam on top of it and the sheet didn’t fit the bed. My back is ACHING and I didn’t sleep enough to speak of. As if that wasn’t enough, they gave me a “breakfast in a bag” as I was leaving and inside the apple was LITERALLY rotten. Never again will I stay at a Comfort Suites.

Nice hotel, great breakfast but had stray hairs in bathroom & no shampoo in dispenser…prefer small travel sizes of shampoo, conditioner & lotion. I understand the eco-friendly angle, but imo some things are better the old way.
