ホープ イン アンド スイーツ(Hope Inn and Suites)

We had a comfortable stay. It’s a good place to stay considering its price.

Good location, parking, easy access to room, staff friendly. Room in need a new carpet (s), no shower curtain in bath. Bedside lamp did not work.

It was our second time staying. Sent an email to the hotel advising concerns. To be told they are renovating etc. didn’t excuse the fact that the room was beyond unsatisfactory for a guest to stay in. We will not be staying here again…..

Sounds like there’s zero sound proofing. Stay upstairs if possible but still hearing conversations and showers from the neighbour. Front desk is very helpful and accommodating.

A great stop along the way during a long trip. Nothing overly fancy, but the right place at the right time. I will be back.

We were on our way to a concert in Vancouver and they let us get our hotel key on our way bye early which was very convenient for us, the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast and the main hotel could use a renovation but the room was clean and very comfortable sleep. Was nice and quiet and we fell asleep fast. There was a refrigerator in the room and that was convenient for us since we were coming from grande cache, AB.

Well this hotel wasn’t like the pictures that it had on the internet, we did check in late and the staff was friendly but the room was very old and bathroom was small, noisy area sounded like someone was banging doors or trying to break into a vehicle. The room was warm and dry and no insects so i guess really all we were doing was sleeping there but next time I’m going to a newer place for the price it wasn’t worth it

While the room was clean, it was shabby, eg stained carpet, rickety old table and chairs, certainly not what we expected at the price we paid.

The floor was dirty, even a cigarette but. Coffee pot not clean. Tv screen also not clean. The bed and bedding were good.
