The front desk was horrible they charged me twice on my debit when I gave in my credit card. I asked numerous times is this only for incidentals because I already paid for the room and they said yes. They charged me for the room again. At check out I gave them my credit card and they charged my debit. Terrible!!

Great location and friendly staff. A really good restaurant onsite. Parking is a little high. We had a great stay except for the neighbors that came in at 2:30 and were very noisy for a couple of hours.

We had a great time staying here for a few days. Savannah at check in was absolutely lovely and was very helpful at check in. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The resort is clean, right on the beach and very comfortable. It appears it was recently renovated. The only issue is noise. We can hear other units shower, flushing and moving furniture around due to the tile floor. I was able to sleep through it, my daughter could not. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel is good. The facility itself is a bit dated. Overall it’s clean and comfortable. The staff are not rude, but not super friendly either. We enjoy the free bike rental and afternoon snacks. Having a microwave on premise is very convenient. It’s a good place for families.

Wonderful staff, great location, bar and restaurant were perfect. Weather was not the best but due to the location of the hotel, we were able to walk to shopping and dining areas that were close by. Didn't like having to pay extra for cabanas on the beach, especially because of the windy conditions.

I booked this Hotel, not knowing much about it, or the Area. It was our first time to Hollywood Florida! First, it is one of the FEW non pet friendly Hotels in the area. Not everyone wants to be around or in the same Hotel as pets. We have allergies.... From the moment we entered the Hotel, at 1:00 am after a long travel day from the North, we were welcomed by a friendly, professional man who checked us in! We enjoyed every second. I had my daughter, son in law, 17 year old granddaughter and friend!!! The pool is perfectly located, easy entery to the beach....we ate only at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The food choices were many and everything was delicious. There is an included Free breakfast buffet, and for $5 per person, you can order a delicious breakfast off the menu. There was not one staff member who was not friendly, professional and got us anything we needed. It is located right on the beach with beautiful views, and the Broadwalk is right there as well!! If and when I go back to Hollywood Florida, this is where we will stay!!! Perfect little weekend get away for us!!
