Whenever we're passing through Holbrook, we plan a stop here. Great service, clean rooms, and awesome food right next door.

The only terrible part was having the front desk worker assign my room to another couple. As I was done showering and was changing I heard my room door open. Turns out the front desk worker assign my room to another couple. Really awkward, make sure to lock your room door!!!!

Decent hotel for the price. I do wish that hotels would specify the type of breakfast offered. I don't consider continental breakfasts really a true breakfast.

The staff wasn’t very friendly. Had to wait to check in because she was doing something on the computer. We didn’t find out until we went to look for ice that the ice machine was broken. She had not told us upon check-in nor did they make any provisions to have ice available to us. No apology or anything. We stayed in a room on the bottom floor. The ceiling must not have any insulation in it because we could hear every step the people above us made and they had a child! The breakfast was a cold breakfast and basically non existent. We were in a handicap accessible room and your feet were on the ramp into the shower when you used the toilet. Very disappointed and would not stay there again.

Everything was fine except for the waterproof mattress cover. Both my partner and I kept waking up sweaty on the side of the mattress. I marked down for cleanliness for a few things but nothing worth noting, just general housekeeping.

Uncomfortable beds with inadequate bedding. Upgraded plumbing. Not enough outlets in room. Noisy heater.

Room was clean and tidy. Flooring moving when you walked on it .heating unit not controllable, room temp was too hot or too cold

We were on our annual trek from WI to AZ to spend some time in the sunshine/be warmer. We stayed at the Greentree Inn in Holbrook. What a lovely little motel. Rooms have been updated, are contemporary and very nicely done. Staff was very friendly and answered our questions/met our needs. We would highly recommend Greentree Inn!

Great tv screen, mattress looked brand new. breakfast was very limited, great price, very clean , toilet seat and faucet were loose
