ザ グランジ リゾート(Grange Resort Hervey Bay)

旅館負責人非常和藹可親，我們入住當天到達時間較晚，負責人仍然熱情招待。 旅館設施非常齊全，一般家用電器齊全，亦有戶外花園可供消遣。 整體而言，入住體驗非常愉快。

Our stay was amazing and the owners were very helpfull. Rooms are clean and aircon was on in the rooms on our arival. The pool area is a great place to hang out. Tennis courts haveing not hire is so easy and made it very accsesable.

The Grange Resort had plenty of room for a family with multilevel living making it easy for everyone to find their own space. Unfortunately, it is not well appointed for a family to stay and make meals. Fully self-contained accommodation should have basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. and it would be good to have more than one bin liner and some washing up liquid. While the unit sleeps 8, there were only enough bows for 6 people. The people at the front desk were lovely, but we wouldn’t stay here again.

Lack of amenities such as coffee maker; told that since it was a privately owned unit the resort had no control. We did not know we were booking a private and might have declined if we knew. Heater worked sporadically and governors on taps made shower very inconvenient.

We booked a one night stay (room 36, 2 bed apar**ent). Firstly the positives. - the beds were clean and comfy - the layout of the accommodation was great. Lots of outside space, and integral garage - the bathrooms had been cleaned - good fridge freezer The smell hit is as soon as we entered the property. It was overbearing, and was coming from several sources. The carpets appear to not have been cleaned since they were put in. So possibly decades. They were stained, smelly, The kitchen drawers and cupboards smelled dreadful. Looked like there had been flood or water damage at some point, and nothing replaced. In the kitchen there was brown liquid leaking from the dishwasher. I wiped this up, but it soon returned. Food spilled down the inside of cupboard under microwave There was a random sofa covered with a throw on the landing. On closer inspection under the throw, (this was another source of the smell). It looked a lot like somebody had been sick on it and it wiped over and left. And then covered with a throw so we wouldn’t notice. We actually slept in the second bedroom as the smell was least offensive there. Years of use, dogs, spillages, not dealt with. I have honestly seem cleaner farm yards. Room 36 should not be used again until a full refurb has happened. If anybody reading this thinks I am a moany reviewer, read my other reviews and you will see thats not the case.

This property has everything you could wish for, swimming pool, with a swim up bar, only open certain days, an updated play area, accommodating hosts (nothing is to much trouble just ask). They have a social night on Fridays in the pool area & anyone staying there is welcome, whether you are a permanent resident or a guest, just take a plate to share.

10min walk to the pier. Tidy spacious villas with nice amenities

We were very happy with the whole experience. Staff were fantastic. Quiet surroundings considering time of year. Very clean, pool wasn’t as heated as expected.

Absolutely beautiful property to stay at! The villa was gorgeous and everything so clean and comfortable. The pool is amazing, the swim up bar and the cocktails are to die for! The managers/owners of the resort are super friendly and helpful. Definitely rate it a 5 star place!
