VOYA Boutique Hotel

My mother and I stayed at VOYA during the New Year's festive season and want to express our appreciation to the hotel and staff for making our experience unforgettable. VOYA is not only externally stunning, but also perfectly maintained and distinguished inside. We have been to several countries, and VOYA counts as one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. All of our meals were great, our room was always spotless, and returning to the hotel after a long day of touring always felt like a warm welcome home. It was also my birthday during this time and I will remember the details and attention paid, forever. Thank you VOYA. I highly recommend staying here for a quieter, suburban refuge while still being in Havana. We'll be back!

From the first contact to the last Caiparinha at the bar, the staff at The Voya were awesome! Every little detail was conveyed to us prior to arriving which ensured we were fully prepared for our upcoming adventure. The front desk staff, which we liked to call the "ladies in red" were consummate hosts. Their dedication and desire to ensure our stay was perfect was most appreciated! The bar and restaurant staff were cut from the same cloth as the ladies in red, and their enthusiastic smile was always a welcome sight when returning from a long tour. The facility was recently renovated and exceptionally clean. I would definitely stay again if I ever visit Cuba again!

Had such an amazing experience here. The hospitality was phenomenal, food was amazing and the hotel is absolutely beautiful and super aesthetically pleasing. We went for my birthday and all the staff took care of us so wonderfully we are definitely going back!!

From the beginning at check in I knew this place was going to be premium. I’ve travelled all over the world… and the service at voya is top knotch. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is lights out amazing when it comes to hospitality. The food is some of the best food you’ll ever eat in Cuba. 4 hours in I knew I was booking it again to come back. Voya is a beautiful and inviting boutique hotel. The accommodations are comfortable and classy, the food is magnificent, and the staff members are top-notch. Customer service is way above and beyond a typical hotel. The owner even took time out to speak with our group and made us feel very special. I will definitely stay here during my next trip to Havana!

We honeymooned in Cuba and could not have picked a better place to stay. The service and attention to detail was incredible. The amount of staff to guest ratio is something we have never experienced before- their kindness and attentiveness of was above and beyond. The room, pool area called The Secret Garden, and the dining room/patio were in beautiful design taste and condition. The landscaping and cleanliness was also immaculate. We would not hesitate to recommend Voya and visiting Cuba for a humbling experience with beautiful people. It’s important to support the Cuban economy by staying in private places run by local entrepreneurs!

We spent a weekend at Voya Boutique, fantastic attention all the staff helpful and kind, luxurious room, lovely house. Great experience we had, will repeat definitely soon ! The food and cocktails were also good. We loved our stay. Like an Oasis in the heart of Havana !

After 8 months from my first visit to VOYA I came back and was even better. I spent 4 days at this gem of a hotel. The level of staff attention and quality of rooms and facilities rival any international 5 star hotel I have experienced. In addition I found the quality and sophistication of food to be the best dining I experienced in Cuba.
