The hotel needs to improve on how they handle online bookings. Am sorry to say the hotel robs people, they wont check you in until they see statement from the bank. Twice i had to look for alternative accommodation and never got a refund. Its very sad that Mr Muzokomba the hotel clerk will tell the front desk that he received some money but not sure what it is for then he turns to us and say the money never reflected.
