Good experience. Disappointed in lack of tv channels as was unable to watch nfl playoffs without being down in the lobby.

We stayed three nights in two different rooms. Pros: The front desk staff was friendly. The beds were alright. Decor and local pictures were a nice touch in the room. The water in the showers were hot. Cons: Filthy bathroom! Urine on the seat, hair in the bed and bathroom, hair dye on the wall (which at first we thought was blood), huge stains on the carpet in different colors, odd smells, a sheet sectioning off hall beside our room, construction in the main halls (including nails on the floor) construction dust on every surface inside the rooms. Construction tools and trash stayed in the hall for three days and it looked like an abandoned hotel instead of a working one. The noise from the street and neighbors was very loud in the first floor rooms. The breakfast was inconsistent at best. Waffle batter was good one morning and then way too thin the next. Biscuits and sausage one morning and none the next.

Very clean. They are in the process up remodeling but still clean. Breakfast was pretty much empty by 8 and I did not see anyone restock while I was there but I hope they did. Breakfast selection was very good.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean andd warm. Ease in location. The price was right. The pool could of been warmer....

The property was undergoing renovations so there was construction mess everywhere. Also, the hall carpets were dirty. Rates should have been reduced because of the construction. Also, the internet was weak.

When I checked into my room, the first thing I noticed is that the entry light in my room was burned out, and the room was dark. As I’m getting ready for bed, I noticed that the lotion, and the conditioner had been used previously, and were opened and halfway gone. Later, I noticed that the fire alarm was hanging from a wire from the ceiling.

The dining room coffee comes from a machine. It's terrible. They have the same machine in the lounge.

Our room was filthy, the bedding and bathroom had hair and blood. When we called down the young man came up right away and changed our bedding and wiped down the bathroom. However still didn’t get the bathroom fully clean. He took our duvet and we never got one back so only had sheets for our whole stay. There was no apologies or discounts for the inconvenience. The elevator had 1/2 eaten food in the light panels that look like they have been there along time.

It was a nice clean and comfortable place but the man at the front desk was rude and made me regret choosing this hotel
